Nice enough person but could never fix the problem and even broke a tray door in the process. Had to stay on him to get find a replacement but was not the proper fi. Came back 3 times to fix the original problem= but was never able to solver the problem. He then stopped coming or returning calls. I want never recommend him. Nice guy but not competent.

The provider was courteous, knowledgeable, & let me know exactly what he was doing & why which is important to me. Would highly recommend to other.

He diagosed the problem quickly and explained the issue in terms that were is easily understandable.. He was neat and well organized and fixed the issue within 30 min of arriving

I had an emergency at home, I was having a Memorial Day Cook-out, and my refrigerator went completely out on me!! A friend of mine gave me the number, I called and luckily the owner- Mr Ferreira answered. I explained my situation and although he was busy, he said he would try and fit me in. I was in a panic no doubt, 20 mins later he called me back and said he was on his way. (I honestly believe he heard the desperation in my voice) He was very friendly and such a professional, the job itself took some time, but he completed the repair before any of my food thawed out! The charge was beyond fair considering I had no appt, and I tipped him heavily for saving the day. Definitely a business card to hold in my back pocket, with my A/C on the fritz, I'm pretty sure I will be calling him again soon. :)

It was great the technician was polite and was able to find the problem right away
