JFC SOD INC

If you like a little sod in your weeds, you'll like JFC Sod. If you like someone lying to you over and over again, if you like a job that doesn't get finished, or if you like waiting for someone to show up for an appointment they made and they never arrive over and over, you will like JFC Sod, if you like the owner's employees damaging your neighbors property and refusing to take responsibility you will like JFC Sod. Run from this Co. and should you make the mistake of hiring him, never pay one dime until the job is COMPLETELY finished. I gave him every opportunity to make things right before writing this review...he does not care! Horrible company doesn't even deserve one star.

Things were going ok until the final payment was made. After that he stop answering his phone most of the time and didn’t honor the warranty. I should have read the reviews first. Trash was left in the yard multiple times. I learned that he picks up his workers from Home Depot every morning too. This guy is a scam. Claims to be a pastor as well.

Job Jean (owner) did a fine job of removing the old sod and treating the soil in preperation for the new sod. After that it all went to h***. The new sod was not what I ordered (Zorro Zoysia was delivered instead of Empire Zoysia), and it came in dead as far as I could tell. He (Job) being the expert told me although the grass is brown and looks dead the roots were hearty and in fine shape. He would see to it that if it did not take in 45 days he would replace it.It not only did not take it was infested with weeds, My lawn looked worst after spending $4500 then it did with the house being empty for more then a year. After documenting well over 100 phone calls (him picking up on a few) and him promising to replace the bad grass. I finally hired a lawyer in June, he came and picked up the old sod and had it stacked on 10 pallets arounds the front yard and left it like that for 2 weeks, if anyone is familair with HOA's in Florida you can imagine how mine was with 10 pallets of dead sod shrown about a barren front yard, right at the entrance of our gated subdivision. After more phone calls and trheats and broken promises he finally came to remove the old and install the new, only this time he did not order enough and left approx. 700sf completely unfinished. After repeated phone calls and messages (with NONE returned or answered) I had to finish it up myself,and tale legal action to recover my expense
