+ 1 moreJeremy did a great job. He had an assistant help on several days and made sure all my requested work was complete. As he continued to work on the house he found additional wood that had to be replaced - which I had expected and was prepared to pay for. After he was well into finding additional work, we agreed to just do labor and materials. My original quote was $2200, but after 3 weeks of work there were many other things that needed to be repaired and the final bill was $4300. In any case, I thought his work was very good, he cared about doing a good job and was fair with the final bill. I would re-hire again.
Description of Work: Jeremy was hired to repair various wood on the outside of my house. My home is 105 years old and is located in a historic district. He was able to replace wood siding, rebuild a structural columns of the front porch, replace various trim, rebuild windows, replace broken glass and rebuild deck stairs.
