Jasper Contractors

Absolutely horrible. Avoid, AVOID! After they put the roof on, it leaked in many places. The warranty was void after two years! Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

Jasper sales manager: Travis, approached in us on 06/06/2018, explaining that our roof could be replaced, however this was first and only time Travis met with us, never saw him again! I would only be responsible for my insurance deductible. My insurance company denied Jasper's claim to replace my roof. On 10/03/2018 we received a letter from Morgan&Morgan attorneys office, who explained that if we agreed to sign a contract Morgan&Morgan would represent Jasper Roofing to sue my insurance company for the repairs, which we did, this was October 2018, it is now September 2020, nothing has happened, Morgan&Morgan gave the lawsuit to a different attorney, which we were never told about. Travis will not return phone calls, attempting to call the office results in "We will have someone call you" from the receptionist. The new attorney will not speak to us. We still need a new roof. DO NOT HIRE JASPER ROOFING!! I have heard the company has a new name I don't even know the new name. We are seeking our own attorney to represent us with this matter. I have heard from other Jasper customers about the shoddy work they do, and hope to publicize Jasper's shady work ethic. The cost for a new roof in my case is about $20,000, Jasper is trying to sue my insurance company for $40,000, which of course my insurance company will not agree to. Again STAY AWAY FROM JASPER!!!

asper put a new roof on our house. A month later we had a leak. Called them and a couple days later a guy just goes on top of house and says he just put some sealent down and that should do it. Do not try at to detect or fix it really. Irma comes and, of course, leak is not fixed. Call them repeatedly and they keep saying that this will not be covered because it is Irma damage and have no idea when they will come out. After 2 weeks with no response and more heavy rains coming, we had no choice to put on a blue tarp. Finally, they come out and say they will not do anything because we put a tarp up. Our warranty is voided. After going to social media, they say your wife is making it bad for us so we will fix it. Four months later went into attic to get something and turns out we still have a leak. Storage stuff is wet and full of water. It had just rained a little while ago. They come out and again will not do anything, citing that the roof warranty is voided due to the past blue tarp usage, despite having a repairman (Ricardo) attempt to fix the leak again. But, this time, they claim it's due to the water coming in at a different location than Ricardo had in his notes - a vent pipe area about a foot away from what he claimed was the leak area.

Avoid this company. Salesman came to my home to give me free quote. Told me about how the insurance company would pay and that I only had to pay deductible. When I told him I was going to pay cash, he said he needed to talk with his supervisor. Then advised me they only did insurance work and would not even look at roof for estimate. What a scam! If really a reputable company, why would they not take cash. Missed a bullet on this one, glad it did not work out. Would advise everybody avoid like the plague!

It didn't. And it won't. Because I won't do business with a company that lacks ethics like Jasper.

The sales rep John was soliciting in our neighborhood where no soliciting signs were clearly posted. When I told him I wasn't interested in Jasper's services he proceeded to leave marketing materials in the handle of my car door in the driveway anyway. He then became confrontational when I told him to leave and only when I threatened to call the cops did he finally leave. Very disturbing and unprofessional.

This company wants to make a fast buck and get out. The insurance agreed to replace HVAC flashings. This company, with their sleazy sales rep Ryan at the very last minute refused to do so. I had to pay another roofer to do this....Pay another roofer to fix their incompetence??? They even put the wrong color roofing in two areas because they ran out and tried to get away with it. They eventually replaced after haggling. You shouldn't have to haggle for wrong color roof. I don't know how many corners they cut to save money and get in and out. I don't trust anything they say or do. They represent everything you hate about slick salesman and corner cutting contractors.
