I would like to highly recommend Janney Roofing. Had wind and hail damage that the insurance company didn't want to pay for. Called Janney Roofing. Dan Joeckel came out walked me through the entire process of dealing with the arrogant insurance company. It took several months and Dan was there the whole time(always returning my calls and texts), until we finally got a settlement. The roof was scheduled to be installed on Oct 19. The crew showed up at 7:00 am and had the entire job done by 6:00 pm. Daniel, the job coordinator from Orlando, stayed with the crew the whole day while keeping me informed about the progress, very professional. Also, the cleanup after the job is one of the most through I've experienced from any jobs done at my homes. Overall an outstanding experience. If you're looking for a new roof call Janney Roofing, don't waste your time with the other guys.

I've had an exceptional experience with Janney roofing. The roof was put on October 2023. The entire team from beginning to end were all on point. The product was absolutely gorgeous and the install was completed in no time/on time. I highly recommend Janney Roofing.

What do I like about this business? EVERYTHING! I live in Lakeland and needed a new roof. I had two companies come out to give me an estimate, but was undecided and felt I needed a third estimate. I believe strongly in praying for guidance, which is what I did in my search for a roofing company. Through the recommendation of a church friend, I decided to call Janney Roofing. Todd Piorkowski came to my house with a beautiful and informative folder and explained everything to me - from the beginning of their roofing process to completion. He was an outstanding representative of Janney Roofing - so professional, yet very friendly. He did not pressure me to decide on their company at all. But, I was extremely impressed with all that I heard and saw that day. I was also impressed that this company donates money to many charities. They are a company that is built on Christian principles. It is clearly evident in how they treat their customers. I felt strongly impressed that I wanted to go with this company and was not disappointed. Every time I called the office and spoke with either Annette or Tery Ann from Customer Service, they were very friendly and eager to answer my questions or refer me to one who could. My job coordinator was Sebastian Acevedo who could not have been kinder or more helpful. I felt comfortable knowing he was in charge and would see that the job was completed correctly. The roofers were amazingly kind whenever I spoke to any of them. They were very considerate, polite, and helpful. Todd Piorkowski helped me in making choices about the roofing color and type. He has responded to any questions or concerns and fully explained everything. I highly recommend Janney Roofing. You will not be disappointed!
