Jason was the one to tour the house with me and he was the perfect person to have there; with his experience flipping houses, he was able to point out any potential problems. Working with Jacee on the paperwork side of things gave me the confidence that I was working with the right team. There were some problems coming from the seller’s side that could have derailed the transaction but Jacee handled them with such care and professionalism that only comes from experience. Both were there to answer any and all kinds of questions I had, even if it was the same question multiple times. I am very thankful that I had both Jacee and Jason on my side as I went through the home buying process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
