They are fabulous. They owner that runs everything was just great. They were very professional.

They did a really good job. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again. They were very top notch and professional. The quote that they gave me was what I paid and there were no surprises after the installation.

I have not used them. They have not completed the project. The quote was perfect all the way round. I am considering them for a project of kitchen miracle. Things in the kitchen are like very granite and I am not desperate with their rounds $35000. There are few other things that are going into it not only the kitchen but the flooring and exterior work.

I did not use the provider as the estimate was much more than I had budgeted the job for.

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Logan, however, I spoke with him on the phone several times, communicated via email and text due to my hectic schedule. Logan was very helpful and responsive even though I lived a little further out than he typically does work. Mark came and measure and provided the install a week later. Mark, again, extremely nice. Would definitely call these guys again, should I need their type of service.

This was my second larger job with Jack o' Trades. As I expected, the price was on target with the estimate. I was given two estimates, one if the damage to be corrected was minimal and if the underlying damage was extensive. The work was impeccable. The gentlemen that came to the house started at 8 a.m. as agreed. They worked all day. You hardly knew they were working on the house. They were extremely neat. Logan (the business owner) came and inspected the job throughout the course of the work. I was considering changing a "a little something" on the job. Because Logan has experience with this type of work, we discussed it and I appreciate him being honest and explaining it wasn't necessary, it would still look good, without me spending extra money. I have used them before (one job of this size and one handyman job) and would do it again.

The tradesman, Boris, arrived prior to our arranged time, looked at the four jobs, assessed what was needed, and went off to Home Depot to buy supplies. He was back within an hour and a half with an assistant and everything he needed to complete the work. He immediately started on the inside jobs to accommodate my schedule of being away on the second day. The light fixtures were installed in record time, and while the wall board, which had to be patched and plastered, was drying, they started ripping out the board planking on the walkway to our gazebo. They had the walkway 95% accomplished when the rain started, so they moved to the garage to paint the wall board. These two men worked tirelessly and efficiently and never took a break that I saw. But for the rain, they would have finished on the first day. On the next day they returned to finish the last board, the edge of the walkway, and to remove and replace the gutter. My initial confidence that they men would do an excellent job grew as I saw how well they worked together and their expert craftsmanship. I have already asked Logan Steege, the owner of the company, for another bid for additional work. I am exceedingly pleased with this company.

I wanted to purchase all major material for the project myself (tub, tub drain, sink, faucets, toilet, tile, wainscoting, lights, exhaust fan, mirror, vanity). I wanted to hire a contractor to supply all labor and manage the project. I contacted about 6 bathroom contractors, and they all said they would not do the project unless they supplied material. So, I began checking with handymen who had worked on remodeling projects. I found Jack O' Trades and a couple of other handymen with good credentials who would let me supply all major materials, and I got estimates from them. I had estimated about $5000 for labor on the project, but found the estimates to be considerably higher. After thinking it over, I decided it would be well worth it to have someone manage the project so that the timing of work by various people would progress swiftly. Logan Steege's estimate was about the same as one of the other estimates I got, and much less than the third, so I hired Logan. He had also done a much better job in our first meeting at my house lining up the scope of the project, spending about 2 hours going over the project to be sure the scope was clear to both of us. As it turned out, there were no "add on" changes to scope of work as the project progressed. The work went according to schedule. The workers were all very professional and all did good work and were pleasant to deal with. Communications with Logan were very good. He responded to all my phone calls and email in a timely manner. The bathroom turned out beautiful and made my wife very happy. I will use Logan again if we ever need similar work.

He was excellent. Logan was very thorough. He gave excellent attention to detail and follow up. He promptly resolved any issues that came about.

It was pretty good. They were timely. They were professional people. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a very good experience. The price was reasonable.

Phoned on Tuesday, and discussed the issue with the owner, Logan. He surmised that the roof fascia on one side of my house was the concern, offered a rough estimate, and arranged to have his Tradesman Kenny arrive the following morning. Wednesday morning, Kenny was on time. He hauled the ladder off his truck, climbed up, and looked at what appeared to be wood rot along the entire length of the fascia. Kenny explained that the wood was fine, but the moisture trapped inside was being drawn out by the sun, and this is what was causing the paint to peel. The peeling paint and crumbling wood-fill left by the previous owner is what led me to believe the wood was rotting. Without Kenny's honesty, this job could have cost me over $1,000 .In addition, he explained how I could repair the issue myself. This is the sort of thing that doesn't happen often enough, and even though no work was performed, Jack O'Trades will definitely be the first call I make next time I need any house repairs. I was very pleased and impressed with this company. All of the information about what I wanted done was taken over the phone. When the man came out (on time, I might add) he just needed a quick tour to make sure of what I wanted done then he was off to Home Depot. The whole job took about 6 hours and he was busy the entire time. Kenny was very pleasant and professional. I will hire this company again for the next round of repair work I have done.

I talked with Logan about a problem we are having with termite damage on our ceiling joists. I've had 3 other contractors out to my house to give quotes, didn't feel 100% comfortable in their proposed solutions or the way they dealt with the formal proposal. So I wanted to talk with someone reliable and objective. Logan and I talked for 15-20 minutes on the phone, and while the work didn't fit as something his company was interested in taking on, he did give me very sound advice. He listened to the background information, asked plenty of follow up questions about the joists/attic, and gave me a solid direction to take it from here. Will definitely hire in the future if I have a project for him, I was very impressed.

My wife set an appointment with Logan, and she waited an hour. She called, and he told her "Oops, I'm out of town". He apologized and begged for a second chance and I told her (against her better judgement) to try him again. So.....for the second time, my wife loaded 3 kids into the car ( Moms, I'm sure you can relate) called her Mom to meet her at our new house to help watch the kids while she met with Logan and he was a no show again! My wife called him, and his excuse was that he thought that she was another client with the same name, but in South Tampa and that maybe we shouldn't do business together because he (my words) is completely incompetent. I'm in the service industry, and would be mortified if I treated a client the way my wife was treated.

It went very well. It took longer than scheduled, but that was expected because of unknown structure condition until complete existing bath tear out was done. Existing bath was dated to put it mildly. New bathroom is "just beautiful". Modifying existing interior wall and floor tile was done perfectly and it appears as though it was originally as it is now. Communications could have been just a tad better with homeowner not always well informed as to current work schedule, but minor inconvenience. Will very definitely hire Jack O Trades for any future remodel needs/

Logan was quick to respond and promptly came to measure and provide estimates for the work. He provided many ideas for the projects that we had not thought of, and was very helpful with suggestions for a "better way" to do some of the things. He was prompt and professional. I expect the completed estimate later today, and will probably use him for at least some of the jobs.

The job went well. It didn't take too long, was a little pricey but there weren't any other companies that were willing to remount my sink (for liability purposes). Overall I would use this company again, very responsive and they were able to work with me on scheduling problems.

I was pleased with Logan's responsiveness. After our contact through email and our phone conversation, I decided the price was more than I wanted to pay. However, I would contact Logan again in the future if need be.

This guy was great, I really liked him. They were punctual and they returned my call immediately. He was on time and he called to let me know when he would arrive. He explained what was going on. The price that he estimated turned out to be the price of the job. The people that came out to do the job were very neat and very respectful.

I contacted Logan via email to schedule the estimate. It is difficult for me to make or receive calls at work, so I prefer to work by emails or texts, especially initially. I had received another quote for the job from an Angie's List provider, but he could not begin for a few weeks and I needed to have the job done prior to the arrival of family or face domestic repercussions. Logan responded to my email in about 3 hours and provided some possible available dates for the next week to both provide the estimate and do the work. We traded emails and I had my fiance' call Logan to schedule the estimate the next morning. The estimate was scheduled for early morning a few days later and Kenny showed up early and ready to work. I wasn't able to stay for the estimate, but my fiance' negotiated the job and I agreed to the price. Kenny picked up the materials and completed most of the work by the end of the day. Since I wasn't involved in the initial quote there was some misunderstanding as to the amount of rotted wood to be replaced and leveling of the deck. I called Kenny the next morning and explained that my goal was to replace most of the bad wood and get the deck level enough to be sanded and re-stained. Kenny bought the extra material and did even more than I asked for when he finished up the next day to make sure that I was satisfied. Once the job was completed we received the invoice and happily paid it. I can absolutely recommend Jack 'O Trades and will be using them again.
