They were great.  I appreciated with their clever way of figuring out a solution.

Kenny did a wonderful job with everything.  Both doors had issues ( one a little small the other a little big) but he made the adjustments and they fit perfectly and look great.  There was also a problem when he removed the 20+ year old toilet and he took care of that too. The jobs took 2 days.  Kenny was on time, worked very clean and was very pleasant.  I will definitely call Jack O' Trades for my next " I can't do it myself " project.

It took a couple of days for a response but everything else proceeded in a timely way. The estimate was done using extensive examinations including photos. The evaluation was much more through, and included options, than several other handymen that gave estimates. Work started immediately after I approved the estimate. Removing one vanity exposed drywall damage in a corner caused by long term leaking plumbing. This required a change order and increased costs to repair the damage. I was consulted and offered options throughout the project. Because of the change order they were unable to complete the work in one day and they returned two days later because of a medical appointment I had the next day. I was very impressed with the knowledge, skills and personalities of the two repairmen. Their costs were the highest of several bids; but,  you get what you pay for. I have several other projects in the future and they are at the top of my list to do them. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.

They are the best. I had my estimate and work scheduled quickly and easily.  I always need little things done at home that I can't do myself along with larger repairs and it's never an issue. This is the third time I've used them and each time I had zero issues, the work was done beautifully and their price is great. I will use again and again and would most definitely recommend them to anyone. In addition to needing repair to my drywall from a roof leak, I also had a crack on my outside facade that I had added after my original estimate. There were no issues or problems having it done and my home looks great.

He was on time and professional, did everything we asked him to do. He was also honest about stuff that we could probably do ourselves. For instance, we showed him a problem with our gutter and he told us how to do it ourselves for a lower price, which was nice. He stayed about 5 hours.

Installer showed up on time, He asked questions as needed but besides that he just worked quietly.

Initial contact was very timely.  We had trouble getting in sync (I cannot take my phone into my work so I kept getting voicemail from him, then leaving him a voicemail in the evening), but he was persistent and we finally got in touch.  Scheduled appointment for the following weekend.  Showed up on time.  Very professional.  Surveyed the job, let me know what parts he would need, and he ran to go get them at local hardware store.  Provided a receipt for materials and started the work.  Finished in a couple hours.  He was personable and easy going. I was very happy with all the work performed. 

Logan was super-easy to work with when scheduling for the job.  Bryan and Ben were both courteous and professional, and arrived at my house when they said they would.  The job itself was a one-day job.  During the course of the job, if they happened to have questions for me they were never afraid to ask and completed the work to my specifications..  They both did a wonderful job, and the new full sized closet looks awesome.  I am very pleased with the result, and the price was reasonable to boot.  I would definitely work with Logan and his team for any future jobs/projects on my house.

Excellent services provided, we received a call for late arrival but arrive within timeframe of expectation. Work was started immediately, and throughout the time it took to complete, I was very impressed with the concern displayed, care taken with items, and pride of work exhibited. Small difference in quoted estimate vs actual price paid, which could be expected. But overall very satified with completed work and would use service again in future.

Ben and Brian were great to work with.   They were polite, efficient and extremely professional.  It took a little bit to get the job scheduled, but that was okay with me because it meant they were in demand and good at what they do!  The job was completed in good time and the guys cleaned up so very carefully each evening when they left.  Brian is amazing at tile work - it is hard to find someone as picky as I am !!  He did an wonderful job. Throughout the job, since I had to be in and out of the house for work, Ben was great with communication and texting me pictures and clarification. Upon completion, there were a few issues that came up and they were there the next day to make the adjustment.   I would definitely hire them again!

My first contact was with a call and I left a voicemail.  I received a quick response.  Logan sent one of his Tradesmen out to see the scope of work.  The next day I had a written estimate that included all work to be done. 

We set up a date that worked for both of us and the work was started on time and completed much quicker that I expected.  Everything looks great and works well.  They did a good job of cleaning up after their work. 

I received a final invoice the next day and payment by credit card was easy with a link from their web site.

Very fast service, were here the next day. Fast and professional. Had called Home Depot first as they were the ones who originally installed my sink. Had to call them twice to schedule appt, only to find out it could take up to 10 days for them to come out. So glad I found Jack O' Trades. They were quick, professional, reasonable, and did a great job! Never will call Home Depot again. 

Everything went well.  They arrived, began, and finished the project on time.  The other buisnesses they worked with for the project went smoothly and remained involved in those details, ie cabinet and granite companies.

Everything turned out excellent and coordination with Logan and his handymen was great.  They were even able to complete the project without me being home which was extremely convenient as I did not have to take any time off work.  I highly recommend Jack O'Trades for any of your house projects.

It went well.  I designed the space and provided the specifications and the renovation delivered exactly what I envisioned in my design.  A few problems came up with the age of my pipes and that was resolved quickly and the additional costs of the plumbing were explained to me and it was a per hour fee for the plummer as it was not part of the original scope of work.  I appreciated having a per hour costs and that way I felt there were no surprises so I liked the way that was handled.  The crew working in my home were very nice and did a good job with great attention to detail.  I also felt I could trust them.  I would use this company again without hesitation.  I am an interior designer and would recommend them to any of my clients.

The handyman arrived early on a Friday, was professional, and completed many items and came back early Saturday to finish the job.  He was there on time both days and completed the project in the predetermined time frame.

I can only say it was shocking that Bryan showed up at the exact time he said he would.  Many thanks for that.  He did an amazing job and I am so thrilled with the results.  He completed the tasks in a timely manner and was as professional and as nice as possible.  The entire experience was a pleasure and I never thought I would say that about any remodeling task.  Bryan cleaned up after he completed and asked if he could help me with anything else.  I am so impressed with the work of this company.  My bathroom has never looked so good!!  Thank you Bryan.

We had set the appointment date several weeks in advance and we had a llist of things needed done. The handy man who came walked around the house with us and made a list of what we needed. He said he had to leave and would be back at 1 but he came back at 3:30. He fixed the vent and the closets because they were top priority and said he would send us an estimate for finishing what was on the list. We set a date for completing the work. When we didn't get an estimate I called the owner who said he had forgotten about us but would send the estimate right away. We thought it was overly priced and we weren't sure when the work could get done so we didn't use them even though we liked the handyman and thought he did good work.
