About us
As a locally owned and operated business serving the Tampa Bay area since 2005, Jack O’ Trades has built an honest reputation with hundreds of clients that we continue fostering ongoing relationships with throughout the years. We primarily specialize in those never ending "honey-do lists" incorporating handyman services, bathroom & kitchen remodels, decks & porches and many other household projects. We just have a $300 labor minimum, so please keep that in mind. Our goal is to be your trusted, go to handyman, whenever your list is ready for checking off, to be the company you call and rely on for years to come. Our team takes pride in the services we provide, working diligently to complete the projects our clients have entrusted us with. If you would like to discuss your upcoming projects, please contact us directly at 813.679.5657 or email us at [email protected]. As a small company, we are quite busy, returning all requests within a few business days and scheduling many smaller projects within a week. Rest assured though, we will always call you back and give you our dedicated attention -- and we hope you decide that we are worth the wait!

"We did drop the ball on this project. Unfortunately, from time to time, it takes us more time than anticipated to complete an estimate. Even more rare, we don't get an estimate out at all, it completely slips through the cracks of our daily commitments to our vast customer base. Neither of these outcomes are intended, we value both your and our time highly, however, we too are only human and make mistakes in the haste of this busy world, but know we will do our best for you. I can only offer my apologies at this point to [Member's name removed], acknowledge the mistake and do our best to avoid it in the future."
Initial contact was very timely. We had trouble getting in sync (I cannot take my phone into my work so I kept getting voicemail from him, then leaving him a voicemail in the evening), but he was persistent and we finally got in touch. Scheduled appointment for the following weekend. Showed up on time. Very professional. Surveyed the job, let me know what parts he would need, and he ran to go get them at local hardware store. Provided a receipt for materials and started the work. Finished in a couple hours. He was personable and easy going. I was very happy with all the work performed.
My first contact was with a call and I left a voicemail. I received a quick response. Logan sent one of his Tradesmen out to see the scope of work. The next day I had a written estimate that included all work to be done.
We set up a date that worked for both of us and the work was started on time and completed much quicker that I expected. Everything looks great and works well. They did a good job of cleaning up after their work.
I received a final invoice the next day and payment by credit card was easy with a link from their web site.
