Excellent services provided, we received a call for late arrival but arrive within timeframe of expectation. Work was started immediately, and throughout the time it took to complete, I was very impressed with the concern displayed, care taken with items, and pride of work exhibited. Small difference in quoted estimate vs actual price paid, which could be expected. But overall very satified with completed work and would use service again in future.

Ben and Brian were great to work with. They were polite, efficient and extremely professional. It took a little bit to get the job scheduled, but that was okay with me because it meant they were in demand and good at what they do! The job was completed in good time and the guys cleaned up so very carefully each evening when they left. Brian is amazing at tile work - it is hard to find someone as picky as I am !! He did an wonderful job. Throughout the job, since I had to be in and out of the house for work, Ben was great with communication and texting me pictures and clarification. Upon completion, there were a few issues that came up and they were there the next day to make the adjustment. I would definitely hire them again!

My first contact was with a call and I left a voicemail. I received a quick response. Logan sent one of his Tradesmen out to see the scope of work. The next day I had a written estimate that included all work to be done. We set up a date that worked for both of us and the work was started on time and completed much quicker that I expected. Everything looks great and works well. They did a good job of cleaning up after their work. I received a final invoice the next day and payment by credit card was easy with a link from their web site.

Very fast service, were here the next day. Fast and professional. Had called Home Depot first as they were the ones who originally installed my sink. Had to call them twice to schedule appt, only to find out it could take up to 10 days for them to come out. So glad I found Jack O' Trades. They were quick, professional, reasonable, and did a great job! Never will call Home Depot again.

Everything went well. They arrived, began, and finished the project on time. The other buisnesses they worked with for the project went smoothly and remained involved in those details, ie cabinet and granite companies.

Everything turned out excellent and coordination with Logan and his handymen was great. They were even able to complete the project without me being home which was extremely convenient as I did not have to take any time off work. I highly recommend Jack O'Trades for any of your house projects.

It went well. I designed the space and provided the specifications and the renovation delivered exactly what I envisioned in my design. A few problems came up with the age of my pipes and that was resolved quickly and the additional costs of the plumbing were explained to me and it was a per hour fee for the plummer as it was not part of the original scope of work. I appreciated having a per hour costs and that way I felt there were no surprises so I liked the way that was handled. The crew working in my home were very nice and did a good job with great attention to detail. I also felt I could trust them. I would use this company again without hesitation. I am an interior designer and would recommend them to any of my clients.

The handyman arrived early on a Friday, was professional, and completed many items and came back early Saturday to finish the job. He was there on time both days and completed the project in the predetermined time frame.

I can only say it was shocking that Bryan showed up at the exact time he said he would. Many thanks for that. He did an amazing job and I am so thrilled with the results. He completed the tasks in a timely manner and was as professional and as nice as possible. The entire experience was a pleasure and I never thought I would say that about any remodeling task. Bryan cleaned up after he completed and asked if he could help me with anything else. I am so impressed with the work of this company. My bathroom has never looked so good!! Thank you Bryan.

We had set the appointment date several weeks in advance and we had a llist of things needed done. The handy man who came walked around the house with us and made a list of what we needed. He said he had to leave and would be back at 1 but he came back at 3:30. He fixed the vent and the closets because they were top priority and said he would send us an estimate for finishing what was on the list. We set a date for completing the work. When we didn't get an estimate I called the owner who said he had forgotten about us but would send the estimate right away. We thought it was overly priced and we weren't sure when the work could get done so we didn't use them even though we liked the handyman and thought he did good work.

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, that was not possible in this case. Please note, that I have paid my bill in full a month ago, so this is not about trying to get a discount. The are several issues with this provider, but the most important thing to mention is that you do not go straight to the handyman. Jack O'Trades is the middleman, so that is part of why the pricing is so outrageous. You work through Logan, the owner of Jack O'Trades. Who knows what small portion of what you pay actually goes to the hard worker that is doing all of the manual labor. Secondly, there is something rather concerning about the way quotes are given. You can not get a quote over the phone. Logan from Jack O'Trades comes to your home and quotes. Originally, I thought this made a lot of sense and would result in more accurate pricing, but when there was an issue with the price I was told by Logan, the owner of Jack O'Trades that prices are not set by jobs. He specifically said that just because he has a handyman working for him that has a particular tool to complete a job in less time doesn't mean you should pay less for that job. Seems crazy to me. Unfortunately he will deny this, but he also inferred that if it looks like you can pay more, you will be charged more. How underhanded is that? I was hoping to scan in my original quote and my final cost, but you will have to take my word for it. I was originally quoted $631 to perform the following work: - Patch hole in drywall that plumber removed, tape and mud to finish, spot paint wall if paint available ( we did have the paint). - - Install lathe on exterior block wall to fill hole from plumber. Fill in concrete an texture to close match with stucco. Spot paint wall. (we had the paint) - Pickup and delivery of materials (Keep in mind these were patches from a plumbing leak, so they were not huge holes. The drywall was probably 12" by 6" and the stucco maybe 20" by 12") I had another quote where I was quoted $435 to do the following: - Touch up paint on outside lanai - Reinstall Corbel - Remove and replace sink base panel and kickplate - Materials (on quote for $46) - Pickup and delivery of materials (on quote fo 59) As you can see the cost is already extremely high, but I feel like you get what you pay for, so I agreed to move forward with the repairs. My issue is that the kickplate that was installed did not match the cabinets. I have standard cherry kitchen cabinets. The kickplate that was installed was black. All other kickplates are cherry. I was on the phone with my husband and told him specifically not to have them move forward until I approved the work. Obviously since the colors did not match, the kickplate needed to be redone. This added another $226 to the invoice I received. When I called Logan to discuss he basically told me I was out of luck. He stated that my husband approved. He refused to budge on the cost. I eventually told him that the money was not the issue and that I would pay him, but spread the word on how he treats his customers. He proceeded to call me back twice to continue the harassment even though I clearly told him money wasn't the issue and he would be paid in full. This is a perfect example of the worst in customer service coupled with price gouging. BUYER BEWARE!!

We are very happy we went with them. We were put in touch with Brian and Ben who came out to our house to do the estimate. It did take a few days longer than expected to get the estimate, but when it came back in the middle of the 3 estimates (although they were all pretty close) and they were suprisingly the only one to give us a written estimate, we chose to use them for the job. The company tries to have the same people do the job that give you the estimate which was nice. They started the job right on time and had it completed within the time frame they gave us. Both of the guys working at our home were very profressional and polite, but were also quite skilled. While it may seem trivial, they went out of their way to do nearly all the louder/noisy work outside of my 2yr old daughter's nap time. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some simple work or a large remodel and will use them again the next time we have a large project.

Very prompt response and scheduling. Paul was the installer, he was very professional and pleasant, paying attention to detail, which was important for us. He installed knobs on kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Replaced bathroom sink, fixtures, tub drain and spout. Would hire again if needed general handyman work.

This was my first home improvement project, and I admit, I was a little anxious and had some reservations moving forward. I had contacted two other companies but was not quite ready to commit. I then proceeded to contact Jack 'O Trades and discussed my project with the owner, Logan. After much discussion, I felt confident that this was the company that I wanted to hire. The owner, Logan, was very professional, patient, customer friendly and worked tirelessly to accommodate my budget and the several requests to revise the proposal/estimate. Once the project was set in motion, Logan remained in contact with the homeowner and his team to make sure that everything was going as projected or answer any questions or concerns. Brian and Paul were assigned to the project. The tradesmen/artisan were punctual ,professional, courteous and very respectful. The quality of work performed by Brian and Paul is EXEMPLARY. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to hire a company that put the customer first, and provides a quality product at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome of my project, and would definitely hire this company again for future projects.

Kenney did a great repair. The pressboard cabinet was water damaged, after the repair and some painting that I did, looks great.

They were prompt. I was satisfied with their work. It was fine. It was not easy and they had to haul it around the house.

They did a very nice job and everything works fine. $700 was not what I was expecting. Too rich for me.

Logan researched and researched to find the right railing system that would work, sadly, the search netted absolutely nothing that could be used. Would I trust Logan? Absolutely! He spent a lot of time and effort to find the railing, but was unable to come up with anything that was viable for the job. Would I use Logan's company to do other work? Absolutely! He's professional and honest, if he can't do the job, he will let you know. He's a honest, hardworking guy who will go the distance, if he can do the job he will, if he can't, he will let you know!

They arrived on time for quote and service. The job done was excellent workmanship.

Once again, i was very happy with the service Jack'O Trades provided. They installed hardwood flooring in two rooms. They came on time, finished faster than estimated, and were professional and considerate. During the installation, they took time to go through the wood flooring pieces and avoid the ones that had imperfections, as i requested. I also appreciate that when evaluating projects, Logan is open and upfront about possible challenges, and doesn't try to downplay them just to get the job. I would use Jack'O Trades again and recommend them to others.

Did a great job, and very professional!

Even though this was a small job, the contractor was punctual, knowledgeable and communicated well - explained process from start to finish, materials needed/why used/cost, and met the deadline. While I had to pay a little more to have the previous work begun corrected, it was well worth it and will definitely contact this contractor for future jobs.

Referred me to the right people.
