I used Jack O' Trades in July.  I thought he was a little pricey and that is why I would give him a B.  He had good responsiveness.  I probably would not use them in the future because they are pricey.

Steven Lester was the handyman. Steven was professional and completed quality work. He established a re pore and high level of trust. Steven was flexible as my scope of work grew. He was honest about what work was within his scope of expertise.

Called Logan and left a message. He returned call within 24hrs and scheduled to have someone out to the house 2 days later. Arrived on time and fully explained what he needed to do and what the cost would be. Performed work immediately and everything was perfect. Will definitely be using again.

Left a message and phone call was returned within 24 hours.  Requested a bid for the following work:
1. Replace 2 bathroom faucets
2. Align pocket door
3. Replace recessed light on front porch
4. Fix disc that wasn't sealed on shower head
Spoke to Logan and received a quote of $300-$400.  Work was scheduled for a few days later.
Kenny called to confirm appt. the night before and arrived on time.  We reviewed the list of items requested and the only add we had was to paint the pocket door after it was re-aligned.  Kenny went to his truck and came back with a new quote of $650.  We were SHOCKED that the price almost doubled from the original phone quote.  
We asked for an itemized breakdown of all costs and were told the faucets would be $250 with other work or $275 on their own.  We opted to only have the faucets installed.  I am very surprised how the faucets alone would have been $250, yet the quote on the phone was $300-$400.  
Kenny completed the faucet install as planned.  There was quite a bit of cleaning (floor and counter) after he left.  It would have been nice for him to wipe everything down.
Seeing as how I am 9 months pregnant and had a list of 4 items to complete (and would have loved to add more if given the time) and only got 1 checked off my list, I am very disappointed.  I don't agree with doubling the phone estimate once someone comes for the appointment.

Also, I received the invoice and paid it the same day.  However, I do not agree with a company offering a $10 Starbucks gift card for a positive Angies List review.

Great, showed up on time for the estimate and for the work. Did a great job, I will certainly use them again. Most other handman estimates gave me per hour rates, I wanted the whole job completed so I appreciated the price for the whole job at once, regardless of how long it took. No surprises at the cost in the end.

Workmanship was excellent.  Mr. K. was friendly and right on time.  

Kenny came on time. He went to work right away. I needed conversion from can lighting to conventional. He made all the appropriate adjustments. He also had to install an new faucet.

they were great could not ask for better from anyone very pleasant. The professionalism was outstanding and full explanation of step by step process. Cleaned up and wow does my kitchen look great and my wife who is 80yrs old does not have to climb on a step stool any more to reach items.

All work was done on a timely basis and to our satisfaction. Very professional in handling the services.

Kenny was fast, punctual, and very professional. 

He called over the weekend to confirm the appointment and came when he said he would.  I left him alone to do his thing, and he did.  I'm very pleased. 

We have used Jack 'O Trades for all of our inside and outside repair and new construction projects for the past several years. We will never use another agency.

They always explain the work to be done and the parts of the estimate. They are always on time; the work is excellent. The workers will explain the nature of the work and time required.

We have two more projects on our list--one inside and one outside--and are contacting Jack 'O Trades to schedule.

Bar stools are perfect height. Columns were trimmed out and look great. Nice finishing work and craftsmanship. Steve was very friendly and I appreciated his input on the project.

It went great!  Logan scheduled me for the next slot which was about 4 days out which was fine. Kenny called the day before the visit to confirm the time and showed up right on time as promised.  He did a good job reusing what I had for hardware, and reinstalled the shelving without having to use most of the spare parts I bought at Lowe's (I can return them and saved me a little $).  He used a little different technique to make it stronger.  So far, so good.  Don't have any concerns since Logan said they stand by their repairs.  Also, he removed a worn out hose bib against the house outside and installed and soldered a new one on there.  Everything went as planned.  Great job, I'd use these guys again in a heart beat.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done.Steve completed the job in a very professional manner and excellent workmanship.

Steve was actually able to come a day early and that worked great for us. He was very professional and polite and he really knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing along the way. The install of the fan (we provided the materials) went great. We also had some outdoor lighting that needed to be checked as we suspected there was not enough juice getting to the LED bulbs. Logan said that is not normally something they work on, but they will check them out. Steve checked them out, showed me what he did, and showed me the results (everything was fine). We would definitely go with Jack O'Trades again should the need arise.

Kenny showed up exactly when he said he would and worked extremely hard to make everything look great. They will be returning in October to paint the house to finish out this project but I am extremely happy with the first major part to restore my 1923 Cypress siding back to the way it should be.

Great!  Management was prompt , responsive, and good communication via phone/email/text.   Staff was fantastic and VERY experienced (one was a former contractor).  Completely satisfied and using them again (another work order right now).   We even had a bad roof leak happen when they started my misc "honey do" project,  and handyman Steve was a great sounding board to bounce some questions off of with his extensive depth of GC experience (with the water mitigation co and roofers coming in and out, etc).
  Very pleased and will use these guys anytime we have handyman needs.  Thanks!

All went great ! They did have to come back out to blend the ceiling texture a little more but that was no problem at all. Logan and his team provide quality workmanship a reasonable prices and great customer service. Ken was very detail oriented
