Jack O Trades

It was great! Gave me a fair estimate and made it very simple. This is for my rental property and Jack O Trades made the process easy for my tenants and me.

Jack O' Trades arrived when scheduled and repaired everything perfectly. We also felt the price for the work was reasonable. The tiles Kenny repaired in one of the bathrooms looks wonderful! The kitchen cupboard doors, and bedroom closet door all close very nicely now also. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a handyman.

everything was done in a timely professional and friendly manner. This was the second time I have called upon http://jackotrades.biz/ to do work around my home which is too difficult for me to do, and in both instances everything was accomplished to my satisfaction and at no time did I worry the work was not being done correctly . it is nice to know there is someone who I can call upon for things to be done around my home and to know I can relax knowing all will be done to my satisfaction

That's fine, I just wish he would have stated that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. Apparently Jack O'Trades is not proficient at installing mirrors on a glass mosaic tile wall and a ceramic tile wall. I wish I would have been informed of that early on.

The true test of a contractor is not how they respond when everything goes perfectly to plan, but how they respond when there are bumps in the road. I am not going to say the project was without its share of bumps, but I can say that Logan made it right at no additional charge to me. That shows integrity and I would recommend this provider to my friends.

really liked Steve the handy man sent, he was very helpful and personable. he did a great job! however when I called the company I called to have a window repaired, a piece of wood was rotten, Steve was not comfortable making the repair. I would have hoped that they would have sent someone that would be able to do the repair as that was the main reason for calling..... that being said I would use the service again but would make sure they send the right person to complete the job!

Steve did a great job and was very professional and courteous. He stained and varnished three interior doors and hung them in place. He also adjusted 4 other door frames where we were having issues with doors not closing properly.

The young man arrived on schedule and quoted the job to me. We agreed and he started it right then. An excellent job done by Steve. Would use this company again, for the quality of work ethics, can't find that easily.

I initially spoke with Logan after meeting with several other contractors. Even though I had a history of bad luck with other contractors, I trusted Logan because he just seemed to care when I spoke with him on the phone. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The contractor came on time. He was professional. He did a great job. Although I had quotes for lower prices, I thought the price was reasonable. And, the most important thing to me was trusting that the work would be done right and the job would be finished on time. Jack O' Trades exceeded those expectations. I would definitely use them again.

This provider was great! Price wise they say you pay for quality, to be honest, I only give them a B because I don't really have anything to compare it to in the area. I cannot imagine what a day of work would come out to? Regardless, the service was TOP NOTCH. Logan was very responsive and helpful. Steve the serviceman was an absolute professional and even though I handed him some seemingly silly projects he did a great job and was excellent in terms of getting the job done, but also in customer relations.

Steve made a trip to help us order the correct replacement fan/light/heater for our bathroom.. After we received the fan, Steve installed it. He had to do a lot of extra work to get the fan to fit, which he did in a timely manner. He kept us informed as he worked and did a great job of cleaning up. We will definitely call this company again!!

Very good experience. Able to schedule work promptly, follow-up confirmation with handyman as stated, good quality work from a courteous, competent handyman. Bill and promised estimate delivered promptly via email. I love the fact that I can pay on line using a credit card. Smooth, professional service like this is worth a lot--and you'll pay for it if you use this provider!

,They called the night before to confirm the job, arrived on time, and were courteous and professional. Not super fast, or super slow, but took enough time to get it right. Looked at all the items we needed done, and gave us a price before starting the work -- I described the main work done above. Would definitely hire them again. Nice people to deal with, who listen to what you need, and are very helpful. It did take a couple of days for them to call me back on the first call, but they let you know that on their voicemail message, and then they do call and set something up on their schedule. From first call, it took about a week and a half to get someone out on a day that fit with my schedule, and I thought it worked well. I would definitely call this company again, and plan to do so. Price was for labor -- minus additional materials cost.

We?re very pleased with the work Jack O? Trades did. They were pleasant & easy to deal with & the estimate was accurate. Steve did a great job of painting walls, doors & trim in our living room, foyer, and two bedrooms after our home was partially flooded from a broken pipe. He replaced some wallboard around the plumbing for a bath vanity off the master bedroom, replaced & painted baseboards and made everything look new. His work was exceptionally precise, and he kept his work area neat throughout the project. Steve has a great personality, was enjoyable to have around, answered our questions and made good suggestions. We are already planning on using Jack O? Trades again in the near future.

The job was fine. the new cabinets had a few issues fitting that were overcome and the install and work was done very well from my perspective. A couple of the odd jobs were left until the end and ran out of time during the estimated week, so they came back on Sunday to finish up. Very easy to accommodate changes during the job with details about the cabinets. Very helpful in coaching or explaining the options on some of the issues with an old house not being exactly straight and executing the decision.

As a previous customer, couldn't be more thrilled with Logan and his crew. Kenny was professional, friendly and very knowledgable He was able to answer all of my questions. He even patiently went through all the instructions so I could set the timer myself if needed. He also was able to give me an estimate to do some remodeling in my kitchen, and had some wonderful ideas, with all different price ranges. It is a pleasure to know that all my home repairs are just a phone call away.

Repairman was friendly, professional, capable. Arrived on time, worked efficiently. Office (owner) was friendly and responsive.

We had recently had travetine tile installed around our pool and outdoor kitchen by another provider. After the work was completed, we decided we should have replaced the outdoor kitchen. We received a bid to replace to kitchen from another vendor but it was outside budget for this year. They suggested we remove the old kitchen and have the travertine installed so that when we are ready to replace the kitchen, the area would be ready to go and it would save us money in the long run. After doing some research on Angie's List, I call Logan Steele. Within a few hours of my phone call, he sent Brian over to give us a quote. I had him quote two prices, one for the removal of the kitchen and one quote to install the travetine. Brian told me if we decided to have them do both jobs, we would receive $100 discount, which agreed to. In less than a week, the appointment was scheduled to do the work. Brian arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the job by 5 pm. We were very pleased with his work. His work very neat and thorough and we didn't have to do any clean-up afterwords. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to use Jack O' Trades' services again.

Great no issues. This is second time I have used Jack O Trades services. They are professional, skilled and very personable.

Kenny came out a few days after the request, early morning (7:30am) so I could make it to work by 8:30am, which I very much appreciated. He provided an accurate estimate and completed the work (built and installed the handrail) the same day. I just needed something simple to appease the insurance company and didn't expect much. Honestly, I was not sure how it would turn out, but the handrail looks really good and is solid. I'm happy with the work and how quickly (and on estimate) it was completed. It was a bit more expensive than I would have liked; however, given their responsiveness, ability to come out quickly and early am to fit my needs, build the handrail from scratch, and complete the project same day, I'm happy with it.

The handyman was friendly and professional. He did a very good job at a reasonable price. I had gotten several estimates, and I am glad I chose this handyman. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Logan in early February to get a quote. Kenny came the following week to inspect the property and a quote was emailed shortly after. The work started in March. Kenny did the repair work and siding while his sons, who work with him, did the painting. Very detailed and neat work. As part of the work, they put a framework up in the ceiling of the front entryway that resolved an issue with peeling seam tape that has previously been an issue. It looks great. They also replaced siding on north side of house and repaired siding on south side. Numerous little repairs where the trim had become damaged over time. During the job, we realized we needed to add pressure washing and debris removal, which were not originally part of the work order. That was handled efficiently with no delay to the other work and well at a reasonable cost. Working with Logan was easy. He's very responsive and able to provide all needed services, which is a great help in a job like this where other tasks always seem to pop up after starting. Very pleased with the work and will be using again for other jobs.

Logan communicated very well and Brian did an excellent job on the tile.

Despite the summer rain and weather not being cooperative, Jack o' Trades did finish the roof when the rain cleared. Replacing cedar shake shingles on a gazebo roof is not easy, and requires a good tradesman, which they did. Our gazebo does look much better. Jack O' Trades did try their best to keep the customer satisfied.
