When we originally talked with Jeremy from J Rivers, we were going to replace existing section with wood. Before signing contract and after talking with other people, we decided to go with vinyl. I explained to Jeremy our reasoning and he said it was my decision. No pressure that it had to be vinyl. We made arrangements to install fencing realizing our project was a small one and he would "work" it in week he scheduled. However, due to weather and medical reasons, install date had to be changed several times. At no time did I get the feeling that I was being a "pest" with changes. When the install actually happened, the crew were nice, efficient and made sure my requests to move items near new fence I wasn't able to as well as left my back yard clean with excess dirt spread, not just piled in one area. I will use them again in future and would recommend them to anyone.

It went super well. So glad I got a bid from JRivers Fence. The owner, Jeremy, sent estimator Joseph Jennex, who gave me a complete bid on the spot and gave me some excellent suggestions for the project. I got like seven different bids and this bid was by far the most complete and the very best, price wise. Two of the seven bids wanted to collect sales tax and there is no sales tax when for one's residence...becomes part of the real property. Two others wanted me to pay $200 for them to get "a permit," from Hillsb. County...when NO PERMIT IS REQUIRED. On November 29, 2021, JRivers sent a very experienced team of brothers, Merial and Victor, who did an excellent job and were very open to my questions and requests. They worked all day and, at dark, with cell phone lights, to complete everything. Everything looks great and I am super pleased. The crew was extremely professional & the job was superior. They followed my instructions to the letter. I was quite impressed when I first met Jeremy over a year ago, but was unable to install the fence at that time. I contacted him for an updated quote & selected his company to complete the project. I'm very happy with their work.

I was very happy with the service from J Rivers. They were willing to use a specialty supplier that I found online and install a beautiful fence with Aluminum posts. They had not installed this type of fence before but were eager to do it. Their execution of the job was great. Straight sight lines, no scuffs that I could see along the posts after installation. The only minor issue was that one of our sprinkler lines was broke during posthole digging. The repair to fix it was minor so I did not bother to inform the company about it. They estimated 2 days initially but told me up front that it would be 3 days. Overall, very friendly and respectable staff. My neighbor even complimented me on how polite the gentlemen were with her.

Fence installation was flawless! Jeremy was the first contractor to respond to my quote request. His fellow contractors were courteous and quick to answer/resolve any questions or concerns we had. It is a beautiful, unique fence that I found online and Jeremy was able to build the exact fence based on my pictures. The 115' of white vinyl fence that J Rivers Properties installed along one side of my property matched the other sides perfectly and I couldn't be happier. They also installed a 4' gate and a double 6' gate, both sturdy and functioning perfectly. They used high grade materials, did the job quickly, and were the lowest of the three estimates I obtained. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
