It has been a few years since I have used J & S, but I just came across them on Angie's List while searching for another service type provider, and had to leave a review, because John provided exceptional service. He did all the work himself. My husband and I were both very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic, and the great job he did. John was very courteous and treated our property with care and respect. We highly recommend John of J & S for window cleaning and pressure washing, and will be using his services again.

We think this was the best service we have ever had, having done this every year for 15 years. They moved furniture and plants, cleaned everything beautifully. Even sprayed our awnings, removing the pollen that had discolored them. My husband, who is very picky about all contractors' work, was extremely impressed. We will definitely use them again!

WOW! I wish more companies were run like this! J & S Pressure washing came out to give us an estimate a few months ago, and then we just got busy and did not do it. Fast forward a few months, I called back expecting to have to get a new estimate and John was kind enough to honor the old estimate and book me quickly into his schedule. We had him do in/out window cleaning, pressure wash paver deck/driveway, concrete driveway, travertine porches, roof eaves, doorways, window casements and basically almost all the trim on the outside of the house. Our house is pale yellow with a white trim, so this is not an easy feat as any dust/dirt shows up easily. John was here with his crew on time, took their time on the job and was super polite and courteous. At the end of the job, our house looked brand new and was literally sparkling, The paver driveway which was looking pretty sad and I was considering replacing...... looked brand new- WOW. If you need pressure washing of any kind and want a clean, courteous and responsible company - stop looking and hire them. You will not be disappointed.

I always have John out in the Fall of the year to pressure wash the house, pool deck and cage, drive way and side walks and this year I also had him do my exterior windows. All i can say is that there is a reason that I cann him back every year; honest, fair-priced and exceed your expectations work.

John uses a soft wash method to clean the siding and takes the utmost care to prevent any damage. He gets out stains that no one else can. John and his team were totally professional. I couldn't have asked for more. I have a lot of other work being done and he made sure to fit me ins when it worked best for me. I called, he came out and did an estimate. and I had the work done the next day. I initially was only going to have the top part of my driveway done but when i saw the results and how great it looked I had him do the entire driveway. There is no way a home owner can get the same results doing it on their own as these guys can provide. They have state of the art equipment that makes the job go quickly and professionally. I think their pricing is a bargain for what you get. They were careful about plants and other areas as well. He had me come out and inspect everything before they left to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend them 100%. This is the type of person and company you want working on your home.

He has been out here a couple of times and he is an A type person. Our experience with him was excellent. He is a very pleasant man and he does an excellent job. You can use him, he is good. I intend to use him again.

John did a great job! He really paid attention to detail and when he was done everything looked new again. We have a wrap-around porch that is quite long, and he cleaned the railing and it looked like new. He cleaned the pavement, porch, driveway and even our shed. I would highly recommend John and I'm going to use his service again.

They were very professional and extremely hard working. The job took two days and they were there both days right on time and worked all day. Very labor intensive work,but they never stopped.

Working with John was a great experience. He came to my home and provided an estimate, along with an overview of how he completes his work. We agreed on the services and price, and scheduled the work to be done. He called the evening before to confirm, and arrived when expected. He once again explained how he would work, and spent the next four hours doing so. I appreciated the fact that he noticed, and alerted me to the fact, that some facia needs to be replaced. Upon completion of the job, he walked me around the house so that I could inspect his work, and it exceeded my expectations. In addition to doing a great job with the roof, house exterior and windows, John swept and bagged all debrit and left everything spotless. I will definitely use Jand S Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning again in the future, and will certainly recommend him to others.

Have been using John for many years, should have filed a report way before now. Have lived in Florida for almost 20 years and can count on one hand the number of service providers I would recommend to others and John is at the top of the list...! On time, courteous, professional, reasonably priced and does a great job. He even sends handwritten Thank You notes ! Just realized John does gutters and will be using him for that as well.

In search of someone to pressure wash house, clean windows in/out, screens, etc., I read a all reports for the top 10-15 companies listed on Angies's list and put this one in my top 3. Left a detailed voice mail to initiate contact but my call was not returned. I always repeat my name and number in a VM. Maybe there was a technology issue and the message was never received.

House was overdue for a pressure washing - he did a great job for a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied!

When I called, John was able to come out right away and gave me a quote. He was able to do the job the next day. He arrived right on time and got to work. We had pavers that had mold and mildew all over them. Some had rust stains from patio furniture. When he finished the pavers looked new and the rust stains were gone. He also pressure washed our patio furniture cushions and washed our french doors/windows and they look great now. John was friendly and professional. I will definitely use J & S again.

He was excellent. He came out to check out the house the day after I called and gave me a quote. The price was good. He was very good and easy to work with.

John of J&S is the nicest and most professional contractor I have worked with in my 10 years of home ownership. I came across their informaiton either via a flyer in the mail or the phone book, and just lucked out back in 2006. I have used J & S almost every year for window cleaning and cleaning my white pool screen enclosure. In the past I have also had J & S clean my pavers around the patio. My father gave us his old pressure washer a few years ago, and we have done our own driveway cleaning in the past. I have to tell you it's fun for a few minutes, then your hands vibrate, your arms go dumb, and you start to get some eye/neck cramping from focusing on the ground. It took my husband and I all weekend to finish the driveway and it was miserable. This year I happily paid John to wash and then seal the driveway along with the usual window washing and screen enclosure cleaning. I asked John about my gutters too. I have so few and he was already doing the all the other work, so he blew them out quickly for gratis. Now everything is shiny and clean! J&S are very easy to work with. John keeps files on his customers; where they live and the services they have had with dates and cost. Anytime I call up he just needs to know what I would like to have done and when. This year I called on the weekend, non-business hours, to leave him a message while I was thinking about it, and I still got a return call. Besides his professionalism, you just can't beat his optimism! John always arrives on time wearing a big smile, neatly dressed, and ready to get to work. I look forward to having him back next year and for as long as I own a house!

John did an excellent job on the vinyl siding. He got off all the mold and algae that had been building up for at least 3 years. I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks just like new again. The soft wash process he uses is a definite improvement over the typical high psi pressure washing method. He used a buffer/scrubber on the drive and walkways. It removed all the slippery algae. In less than 2 hours everything was sparkling clean. John is cheerful and enthusiastic, even on a hot, muggy day. He takes pride in his work.

.We have a one storey house with a lot of windows, that hadn't been washed in almost two years. He did a superb job, very thorough, and very neat. He is also very nice and polite and business-like. He even sent us a thank you note, thanking us for the business. We were the ones who should have thanked him.
