It is fine. It works well. I used them earlier this year. It was less than 6 months ago. It was a reasonable price. They were middle of the road in all aspects. They are professional and I would use them again in the future.

Their service is good. They are good with the animals and do a good job. However, they are a bit pricey.

Everything went very well but had a very high price. They were prompt and have come out twice since they installed it.

At my request was visited by Ms. Levy on August 27, 2009. I was having continual issues with my dog getting out. I had installed a consumer brand PetSafe system and it did not work at all! So I called a subsidiary of them and it is Invisible Fence. I signed an agreement, Put $300.00 down and with the understanding that I had until September 30, 2010. Right away I noticed it was working and was pleased. On October 10 and then again on the 19th and then again the following week I received invoices for the balance. I had been out of town the entire month of September and most of October working. I did explain this to her and told Felice that I would be able to pay upon my return. 10 later I received a very rude phone call from her asking me to pay the money because she had people to pay. I got back 3 days later and paid the bill. RIGHT after the check cleared, I started having issues with inconsistent working issues. When I called I got no response. I called again, no response. When she did call me back she asked me if the light was blinking or solid. I don't remember which but it was doing whatever it is that made her believe that the wall unit was bad. They came out and found that there were two line breaks. I never agreed to paying for something to be fixed that I have had for only 9 months. I started having issues with it right away but figured in time I would get a return call. The real killer now is the UNIT still doesn't work after the service order was done on May 4, 2010. I have called and they want be to pay the bill before they come out and charge me another service call.

The initial visit was prompt and the fence was installed as promised. The dog trainer did 1 session with the puppy, there was a problem with the fence, and the dog was getting a shock at an improper time. This required a followup visit. I had to call twice for this. They were then supposed to call me for a followup appointment. After waiting they failed to call me as promised, and again I had to pursue them. My sister was entitled to a referral check and it was necessary to call 3 Times to the manager regarding this. The product is good, but feel the customer service could use improvement.

THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE INITIAL INSTALLATION, BUT THEY DID FIX IT. THEY CUT MY IRRIGATION LINE WHEN CUTTING THROUGH MY DRIVEWAY TO LAY THE FENCING. I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY IRRIGATION LINE. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIR. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.

EXCELLENT. THE DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, VERY PROFESSIONAL. INFORMED ME OF EVERYTHING ALONG THE WAY OF THE WORK.

I DON'T KNOW HOW I MANAGED FOUR DOGS WITHOUT THE FENCE. I LIVE ON A GOLF COURSE AND COULD NOT HAVE A TRADITIONAL FENCE. SALES STAFF, INSTALLER AND TRAINER WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
