 + -1 moreGary did excellent work. Super nice guy, and he was in and out in a little over an hour. He replaced the two door handles quickly and even fixed one door so that it closes without any trouble at all (the lock used to stick). While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the back door, as we've been having some problems with the door frame hardware coming loose, and he knew exactly how to fix it and it was done in two seconds. Gary is great, and I highly recommend!
Description of Work: I had 2 doors that needed replacement hardware, as well as a backdoor that needed some hardware repair.

The final bill was less than estimated, and he went above and beyond the service request to rekey a bunch of locks and also redrilled/routed out strike plates and deadbolts so the doors all locked smoothly - without being asked. He was friendly and gave a couple of good security tips about the doors too.

 + -1 moreI was quoted $54 and was charged $73. Serviceman told me quote was based on the assumption that the deadbolt was unlocked but my email was clear. I showed him the email where it said the deadbolt was locked, and I didn't have the key for it and I would it like it to be unlocked and then rekeyed to an existing key. I was still charged $73 and was only told about the "up charge" AFTER the service was completed so I was out of luck.

Not only did he rekey the locks, he also fixed small issues that were making it difficult to turn the handle on one door and fixed a problem with the deadbolt on the front door. Once he looked at the sliding glass door, he proposed a more secure solution. While he ran a little late, he called twice to keep me apprised of his expected arrival time.
