Service was SUPERB. We had to swap out a malfunctioning door handle and dead bolt. I called Gary first thing in the morning and he was at our home by 11 am. Gary ran into some issues with the Schlage unit (an older model), but he worked diligently to adapt it to our use and needs, and he didn't charge any extra for the extra time he spent on it. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and highly recommend Gary.

Gary is terrific! Very professional and knowledgeable. We have a unique deadbolt on one of our doors that we could not find a replacement for. He promptly followed up with a solution & we are very pleased with the quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.

I'm lucky that I had already looked at the prices for the locksets and knew right away something was wrong. After the quote I went back online to see if I could find the extraordinarily expensive locks Integrity wanted to sell me, to find NO Schlage locks that cost anywhere near the amount quoted.
Description of Work: I contacted this locksmith regarding double front door Schlage brand entry locks that needed repair or replacing. I texted him photos of the existing locks. He called me and said that the replacement locksets would be more than $350 apiece, for more than $700 for the pair. He stated that between labor and parts the job would run me around $900. I had already looked at Schlage locks online and was shocked at the quoted price. Another locksmith just purchased the correct replacement locksets at Home Depot for around $150 apiece. He will complete the job for way under $500. A feel that more than a 100% markup on a standard product was unethical and unprofessional.

As far as the cost of the locksets goes, the price that I quoted you was from my vendors catalog, which is not a catalog that I put together. As I explained to you on the phone, the lockset that you sent me pictures of (Schlage 300 series) had been discontinued, but I have been successful in repairing them which you expressed an interest in. Based on our conversation, you wanted me to purchase the locks for you so I priced them per my vendors catalog. If I had known that you would purchase the locks yourself, then I would have charged considerably less to install your locks, but that wasn't the case. I'm sorry that your experience with us over the phone was not helpful and hope that you got your lock situation taken care of.

Gary did an amazing job. The job wasn't easy since it is an old door lock that had to be repaired. He managed to leave it working better than before it got damaged. I recommend Integrity Key Lock & Safe to everybody. And I believe the price was fair.

He spent an hour making sure that my locks would move easily. It was an excellent job but he still needed to come back to replace my bottom lock with a lever handle because I have trouble opening doors. He called when he was running a little late. Service was prompt, courteous and very professional.

Was done fast and professional with no damage to the body of the car or interior trunk.
Description of Work: Opened a broken trunk lock on a Lotus Elise. This was a custom job. Was concerned it could not be opened without damage to the body of the car. He used all his magic tricks that locksmiths know and did the impossible.
