Description of Work: We were moving and the day before the truck was scheduled to arrive I checked the front doors, to make sure both opened all the way... and one didn't. This was on a Sunday afternoon and he arrived exactly when he said would. The doors worked perfectly for the movers the next day. He was only going to charge us $80-ish but we paid him $100 because he so prompt and came out on a Sunday! The name of this company says it all; Integrity!

Description of Work: Our business had a broken pin in the front door's lock, the lock wouldn't work properly. Gary replaced the pin, the lock works fine. When we called he came straight out, no delays, very professional. I would reccomend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Gary was wonderful and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs a dependable, knowledgable locksmith. He was very helpful over the phone when we had to decide which new front door locks to purchase. He was on time and we were almost an hour late, due to unforeseen circumstances. Gary was very kind and understanding, and he patiently waited for us. He did a great job of changing all the locks in our new home and installing some new locks and a deadbolt. His prices were very reasonable, and he was able to provide us with as many copies of keys to the house as we wanted, and he made sure each one worked properly.

Description of Work: I have a Baldwin Mortise lock on my garage "people" door that was broken. The handle kept falling off, the thumb screw deadbolt got stuck periodically, and sometimes you could not open the door. Called Integrity because of the ratings on Angies List. Spoke to Gary. He came out within two hours of my call. Was on time and fixed all the problems with the lock. He was personable and informed me every step of the way about what he was diagnosing and then once diagnosed, what he needed to do to fix it. He fixed it and then then told me what he did. It was great!
