Description of Work: "Called on weekend about a stuck passage lock from my laundry room to garage. He offered to come right then, but I said it could wait until Monday. We arranged a time and he arrived promptly, assessed the problem and replaced the unit. Also tightened the latch. I also had him install a dead bolt on my front door. All work done expertly and for a reasonable cost. |Would definitely use Gary Long (prop) agaain."

Description of Work: I contacted Integrity to rekey several locks on doors in our recently purchased home and to make additional sets of keys. I scheduled the appointment and Gary was right on time. We reviewed the work to be done and he made suggestions that I hadn't considered, and which were very helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently, checked to make sure all the locks and keys worked properly. I would recommend Integrity and will hire them again when I need work done.

Description of Work: Removal of a steering wheel lock from my vehicle due to a lost key. The service provider was across the bay in another town when I called him and it took a while for him to get here, but I do not think this was his fault and don't regard this as a fair test of his punctuality. The service was good and the price fair.
