Gary is a perfectionist about the work he performs and it shows in the result. Not only did he complete the work requested, he also provided very helpful information regarding additional security measures we could take to protect our home. We were very satisfied with this service and would highly recommend Integrity Key Lock & Safe to anyone.

My auto dealer charges outrageous prices for replacement keys. My original car key cases were breaking, making them unusable, so I purchased 2 "sidewinder" key blanks online.. I assumed getting the blanks cut would not be a problem for a town our size. I was wrong. I called five local locksmiths, and Gary was the only one who would make a duplicate for me (using my blanks) at a reasonable price. I picked up my duplicates today, I "programmed" them, and they are working fine. Gary asked me how I found him, and when I told him Angie's List, he volunteered an additional 10% discount. I am happy as a clam. Gary will have all my future locksmith business. This is the best experience I've had to date with an Angie's list vendor.

Gary was punctual, professional and his estimate was spot on. He even fixed some of the interior door handles that had been installed incorrectly! I am extremely happy with the work that he did. We were in need of a locksmith and looked to Angie's list for help. I called 3 of the companies listed, and decided on having Integrity Security Services do the work. Gary gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the work to be done the following day. When Gary realized that he would be late(because of traffic), he called to let me know the reason for the delay, and his estimated time of arrival. Gary also told me it would take approximately an hour and a half to complete the work---which was exactly the amount of time he was here. I would definitely recommend Gary and his company Integrity Security Services to everyone---he was prompt, professional and did an excellent job for us!

For years, I've had one of those relatively cheap fire safes you frequently see at big box stores or discount clubs (Sam's, Costco, etc.). I mainly just wanted a place to keep valuable documents safe from fire, but the extra security of a safe was a bonus. The safe had an electronic push button keypad for unlocking (combined with a barrel style lock that uses a key), which started malfunctioning after a few years. At first, you could just re-enter the code, and the safe would unlock. However, recently the safe wouldn't unlock at all, even though the keypad display showed that the correct combination was entered (via the unlock symbol). I knew the time had come to have a pro break in so I could access my documents. I found Gary of Integrity through Angie's List, saw the positive reviews, and decided to give him a try. I reached him on the first call and explained my situation. I was not in a hurry, so he was easily able to set an appointment for several days later. During our conversation, Gary informed me that opening the safe would necessarily make it unusable, which I thought was a useful bit of information, especially if I wasn't already inclined to get a replacement safe. It easily avoided any potential for unpleasant misunderstandings. On the day of the appointment, Gary arrived within minutes of our arranged time. He was very friendly and was easily identifiable by his uniform shirt, something not always worn by all service people who come to our neighborhood. He made quick work of the safe and took the time to show me the inherent weaknesses of these cheaper units, about which I was, sadly, not surprised. I asked him if he had recommendations for better safes, and he gave me some manufacturer names. He encouraged me to go online and do my own research to determine what best served my needs. Best of all, he even carried my now dead safe out to the curb for tomorrow's trash pickup, saving my back! I will definitely be recommending Gary and Integrity to friends and family for any locksmith needs they have.

I got them through Angie’s List. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if needed.

Scheduled appt with Gary via email. Gary called about 15 minutes before the appt to let me know he was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. It was great to get that call as a heads up. Gary rekeyed 3 locks for me and provided 4 keys. The 3 locks included the exterior door and two interior doors. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Gary was very careful to make sure the locks worked and even fixed the deadbolt lock on the exterior door as it was not extending fully. Overall, very happy with the work. Later, Gary even called me to let me know he made a mistake and overcharged me for the service and would be crediting back the difference to my credit card. I was quite impressed with that.

2 hours from leaving home to catch a flight, I realized that I'd lost my spare key. I frantically started calling locksmiths, and got Gary. He came right over and rekeyed my locks. Vacation saved!! Thanks, Gary!!

We needed our locks rekeyed and he was able to come out the very next day. His prices sounded very fair. He was here at the exact time we agreed on. He rekeyed 3 locks in total and made additional keys that we requested -- and even made sure the bolt fit well into the door (by drilling), an extra service which we hadn't realized was an issue (he demonstrated the problem to us, which made it very clear). Top-notch.

The entire experience with Gary's company was great. I called to get a quote from several Angie's List A-rated locksmith companies and Integrity was the best one (he offers 10% discount to Angie's List members). The work was scheduled for the following day, at an evening time convenient for my family. Gary showed up right on time, was courteous, super professional, and very pleasant. In addition to installing the lock, he provided his opinion about other security measure for our home, and he made sure to clean up after his work. Gary responded to our inquiry promptly. He was extremely courteous and professional from beginning to end. He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Gary rekeyed our front door and installed security features on the sliding glass doors. Gary also programmed the garage door opener keypad, which was giving us some problems. Excellent!!! This is why I love Angie's List. Our door was jammed and we needed a new lock. We needed this done right away. I called Gary at Integrity Security Services because he had such a high rating on Angie's List. He was very prompt and came to our home right away. He took his time to get the job done right and his price was very fair. I was very favorably impressed. I would highly recommend Integrity Security Services. Gary was very easy to contact and came out incredibly fast to perform the job. He gave me the price upfront so that there was no sticker shock at the end of the day. Gary also gave my husband a few tips on our doors when he noticed one of them didn't have weather stripping in it. He promised to come back and fix the locks so they still fit after we decide to add the stripping. On moving day, we actually locked ourselves out of our house. Gary was the first person we called and he showed up to help us within 15 minutes. We were very lucky that he still had a key to our place because the lock he installed is extremely hard to pick. He did charge us a service charge of $45 but it beats any other locksmith that would have taken hours to show up!

When I called Gary, I was concerned that the locks on my doors were insuffciant and I was looking for some advice and potentially installing new locks. It would have been real easy for Gary to just let me spend extra money for a new lock on my front door, but instead he reassured my that my current deadbolt was a good secure lock. Instead of recommending a bunch of new hardware, he did some simple reinforcements to give some peace of mind. We did re-key my lock cylinders as my home is relatively new construction. *If your home is new construction, I would suggest you have Gary come out and do the same - he'll explain why its a good idea. lastly, he helped secure my back patio sliders in a very effective, efficient and asthetically appealing fashion. This was simply as good of an experience as I've had with any vendor. "Integrity" is the perfect name for Gary's business!
