INTEGRITY KEY LOCK AND SAFE LLC

I accidentally locked an old military trunk of my fathers, not knowing that we had no key. I called several locksmiths from Angie's List and many did not have any idea how to open the trunk -- one recommended breaking it. Gary said he was sure he could open it, and he did. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He even drew me a picture of what the key should look like in case I could get one in the future. We taped the lock in the open position for now. I highly recommend him.

I lost my keys and found Integrity through Angies List. I sent an email off to Gary, got an estimate and we set up an appointment...very easy. He showed up on time, did the work and I was back in action in no time.

Gary was awesome! I contacted him via email for an estimate. He provided a detailed quote for all services including items that would be extra (e.g., additional keys). Gary came out on time and performed the work extremely fast. He did a couple of additional things that he didn't have to but he completed them so that my locks would work better. I'd definitely use him again.

Gary couldn't have been nicer. I called him in the morning and he came over about 1:00, calling when he was on his way, as I'd requested. He explained to me what the problem was and fixed it in under an hour. I live in St. Pete, and he drove from South Tampa to do this job. I appreciate this kind of quality service and will definitely call him again if I have a lock problem. I'll also have him make copies of my keys, as they will work better, too.

Gary was extremely responsive and was able to come out the next day at my preferred time. He was very prompt, and actually a few minutes early to our appointment. He even told me about the Angie's list discount without me having to ask him first. I gave him a "B" for price because I did receive a couple of other quotes that were slightly lower. Gary was prompt from the get-go -- he answered the phone on first call; made an apointment for just a couple hours from the time of the call; stuck to the time range he suggested; called on his way to establish exact time; had all the necessary equipment with him to fix my locks and make new keys in just about 45 minutes. Since it was so late in the day, I was expecting to make an appointment for later in the week but was pleasantly surprised when he said he would be at the house in an hour. He arrived on time and went right to work. Gary was very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix our lock but also explained the problem to us in detail. He answered all the questions we had. He was communicative and very informative on all the (extensive) questions that I had. He was so savvy at his craft and gave me several options based on my lifestyle, security, safety issues. He explained to me all the details of the state of the locks in the house and what needed to be done to remedy the problems. He did so with no hesitation and made all the necessary replacements and repairs. Additionally, he provided VALUABLE security tips, such as 3M hurricane film for the door glass as well as motion sensor lighting.. I HIGHLY recommend Gary for any and all household security!!

He was on time and very helpful. I lost the key to a few of my storage containers(the disk locks). He had to go out of his way to get enough extension cord cause of the distance of the closest electrical plug in. He was the owner and really cares about his customers. Very nice experience.

Gary returned my message promptly and came by the next day to give me an estimate on installing new locks. He took time to explain options and gave very useful information.. He didn't have everything in his truck right then but made an appointment to return in a just a few days at a time that was convenient for me. He arrived on time (both for the estimate and the work), was clean and neat, very personable. The work was done promptly with no mess and recommendations on how to care for the locks. A+ service. Garry was very professional and friendly. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He then explaned the difference between new locks and a re-key, then I had him re-key the entire house. while the job was being done he told me how to better secure the home, including adivce on which locks are harder to get into then others. While providing advice, he didn't try to sell me anything extra, and even made suggestions for some do it yourself projects to increase security that can be completed with a few simple items from any hardware store.Before he left I asked him about the garage door opener, and how to change the clickers in-case the old owners kept one, (im changing the locks why wouldent I change the garage door opener too) while not being part of his usual service he told me how to do it. I recommend his service.

I called Gary and he was able to provide same day service. He rekeyed several locks in my home. He was very professional. He seemed passionate about his business. He went above the call of duty by making several adjustments to the locks so that they would be more secure. He also was able to make suggestions to improve the overall security of my home. He was prompt, and I feel he charged a very fair price. I would certainly recommend his services to others.

Called him to make an appointment to discuss re-keying the house. Thankfully, he was able to come out the same day. We talked through the options and he patiently answered my questions. I called Gary shortly after 1pm and asked if he could do an emergency today. My husband's key broke off in the front door lock.Gary gave me the estimate, assured me the Angie's List coupon would be honored and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Gary showed up at the time he estimated, got the broken key out and made sure everything was working. My husband was VERY pleased with the service.
