Gary Long is a best in class locksmith. His work is exceptional. I have a custom home and look for contractors who perform exceptional work. I did not have to push Gary in this respect, as he is a perfectionist and requires such from himself. Through the quoting process, Gary took the time to provide me with information and options, which resulted in product selection that completely meets my needs. Gary is responsive to phone inquiries and communicates well. He arrives when scheduled. I was fortunate to find Gary and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone needing locksmith services.

Great service overall. I called Integrity based on their Angie's List rating and Gary answered immediately. Gary accommodated a Sunday service call. I gave him a quick walk through the house, showing him what I wanted to get done. He started and in no time, he simplified our lives by taking us from 3 different keys to just one. In less than 90 minutes, Gary rekeyed 7 cylilnders, swapped out two locks between internal and external garage doors, programmed and installed new garage door openers and keypad.

Our doorknob leading from the garage to inside the house got stuck in the locked position (with the door open). We couldn't even remove the knob and there was no way to close the door. At after 6pm on a Saturday night I did a quick search on Angie's List and called Integrity, based off of their reviews. Gary answered right away and was at my house in about 45 minutes. He promptly repaired the problem and then re-keyed the lock so that it matched up with our other keys. He also tightened up the knob on our front door at no extra charge. The price was reasonble, he was very professional, and prompt. Thanks to Gary, I don't have to spend the night with the door leading to the garage open on this very chilly night!

Called made appt. tech. called that day was running late and time would be at house. Was at site at that time took of problem at a fair price for work and travel time. Will most definetely use again.

We purchased a home and needed all the locks to the house re-keyed as well as 2 other buildings on the property. I called Mr. Gary to set up an appointment, I had a very limited amount of time to schedule but he had no problem with coming out on Saturday to do the work. He showed up when he said he would, told me what would need to be done, and he went to work. After meeting Mr. Gary I felt very comfortable with him being on my property and being the person to make my new keys. The price he quoted me was right in the neighborhood of the final bill. Gary arrived in the specified time frame, called me first to let me know he was on his way. The first thing he did was to try to fix the latch on my current handleset. I was not able to get in the front door because the latch wasn't working properly. He proceeded to take it to his van to see if he could fix it. I told him the technician from Affordable also did that but wasn't able to fix it but he took it anyway. I was shocked when he came back a few minutes later and said he was able to fix it. All it needed was a roll pin! I was thrilled to say the least because I had spent $115 on a new handleset and if I bought the dummy that would be more money. He advised me to purchase a different keyed entry door knob so I'll be calling him to get that installed. He was very helpful and explained everything. I told him he is now my go to guy for any issues with my door locks or knobs. I will also let my friends and neighbors know what a great job he did and that he saved me money. I'm a very satisfied custumer.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We called Gary around noon on Thursday and explained that we had lost our keys and needed to have the locks replaced on 2 doors. We told him we had found him on Angie's List. He gave us an estimate of work to be done (including trip charge and changing 4 locks) and included the Angie List discount in that amount. He told us he could come out to do the work on Friday morning at 10:00. Gary arrived promptly (actually a little bit early!). He explained what he was going to do and set to work. Gary was very pleasant and professional. When the work was complete, he asked if we wanted him to also rekey the lock on the screen door and we agreed. He finished up and presented us the bill. It was exactly what he had told us to expect (he didn't add the screen door rekeying fee!). We were really impressed with his friendliness and the quality of work he provided. We definitely will use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for locksmith services.

From start to finish the job took about one hour and Mr Long was both professional and answered all questions completely. It was a pleasure to work with him!

Gary did an excellent job and was very polite and professional. We arranged for a date/time to have the work performed and he recommended certain hardware be purchased before he arrived (he let us know we'd be able to purchase the hardware cheaper ourselves than buying through him). We got all the hardware and he arrived at the agreed upon date/time. Gary swapped out the hardware and installed new deadbolts everywhere that was requested (even adding a deadbolt to a metal frame door). There was a problem with the hardware purchased for the front door (we purchased dummy hardware, instead of active) and Gary let us know before installing anything, which saved us over $150 (since installed items can't be returned). There was also a problem with the screws included with one of our deadbolts (the screws were too long for the door) and he came back out the next day to rethread and shave down the screws. Very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Gary from Integrity for any locksmithing jobs in the future and will be calling him again once we get the correct hardware for our front door.

I called Gary on a Friday afternoon to ask him if it would be possible to change my deadbolt on my new condo and he came within an hour of my call. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely call him again for any lock changes that I have. He was prompt, professional and courteous and I would highly recommend his services.

about the services performed - opening up our door, which had been locked - unknown to us - from the inside! The "do" is to call a reputable firm listed by Angie's List - the "don't" is to NOT lock the door like that again! However, now we know hopefully how to fix this ourselves!

Gary was prompt, reliable, and professional. I was very pleased with his work. We have a rental house that needed all the locks re-keyed and had a couple of locks that didn't work right. He fixed all the problems on site, keyed everything just as we agreed, and all locks turn smoothly and keys work perfectly. I phoned this company because the small knob that locks and unlocks my front doorknob was not working properly. Gary Long, the company owner, answered the call himself and was able to come out just a few hours later. He replaced and repaired the doorknob and redid the lock so that I was able to use the same key. Mr. Long was extremely professional and efficient. I would certainly use this company again and recommend it highly.
