He arrived on time, the same day we called him. He did a great job, fixed the problem, used the existing parts as much as he could. The price was very fair- less than we expected- and he did the job quickly. We were extremely pleased and will definitely call him again.

Gary is the definition of professional. Not only was he extremely flexible with my availability and changes in the closing of the house, he was also able to pick up all the new door handles anf new locks I needed. He explained everything in detail and didnt try to oversell anything. I would never use anyone else. If you are moving to a new home or just need your locks changed, Gary is by far the best there is.

I called Gary on 6/24/13 explaining that we were looking to install a one sided deadbolt as my daughter can reach the existing one and we're nervous about her getting out. He proposed another viable solution of rekeying the existing deadbolt and making it a double key lock. This would actually be a cheaper alternative to what I originally called for so I was pleasantly surprised by his recommendation. We also wanted him to replace an existing door handle and lock and he offered to rekey them all to one key. We ultimately decided to go with our original request and he was able to schedule us for the next morning. Gary arrived on time (which I really appreciate) and reviewed what he was going to do. He was able to provide a one sided deadbolt that matched our existing hardware and went about installing it. He also replaced the other door handle as discussed and fixed an alignment issue on an existing door lock as a bonus! His bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and he honored the 10% Angie's list discount. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

We closed on our house on Friday and Gary was able (on very short notice) to get to our house over the weekend to change out all the main locks. Prompt, courteous, and great work - 4 locks replaced and new keys made in very short time. Even made recommendations on better securing the house. Very happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Integrity Security Services was punctual and performed the work very effeciently and was very attentive to detail. Gary took the time to explain how to best maintain the locks and the frequency with which I should perform the maintaince. He was also able to rekey all of the doors to my house with one set of keys, for which I was grateful (even though I know this is a relatively normal and easy task to do.) Additionally, when compared with other companies, Integrity Security Services' prices were on par or better, and I appreciated the 10% discount provided by the Angie's List add. I will certainly use Integrity Security Services again if I have any additional lock or rekeying requirements.

The work was excellent, and the price was great. The owner has done work for us before (replaced my truck door lock), and this experience was fabulous too. He worked h****** one gate lock to make it open much easier (at no charge). Great company. We will use Integrity for every locksmith service we will need in the future, for sure.

The first call I made to a locksmith was not a Angie's member, I forgot to check the list first. My bad! The second locksmith I found failed to reply to my email after the site encouraged me to write for a estimate. Then I found Gary Long with Integrity Key Lock and Safe. I called and left a message. Gary returned the message I left on his phone right away. We talked and set appointment for the next available day for me. He was on time, there 10 AM sharp as promised. He was dressed very professional, logo shirt and business card. I showed him what I needed done. He was please with my plan for another level of security provided with the Schlage dead bolts. He did the rear entrance first with 2 new locks and finished with the side entrance. After he was finished we walk through and check out the job. Cleaned area, no trash from where he had to drill new holes. No dust either which made my wife happy. He was very considerate of the noise during his trips to the truck for parts and tools. He did not interrupt us and by closing the room doors it was very quiet. All went well as I planned and I am very satisfied. I will use Gary service again and highly recommend him. Gary is a good and honest gentleman.

Called Gary in the morning, and he arranged to fix my concerns that same day. Professional and thorough, Gary rekeyed and adjusted all outside door locks, and installed a sliding glass patio door locking mechanism. He made certain all locks, strike plates, etc. were properly installed (originally they were not installed correctly, possibly allowing access using a credit card) and did so efficiently and thoroughly. In short, the work was outstanding and the cost more than reasonable. I have already made arrangements to have Gary do some more work on another property .If you need these types of services and don't call Gary at Integrity Security Services, you are calling the wrong guy!

Very fast response to my call and excellent service. For any future work done, I would choose my own door handle and have it installed.

I called Gary on a Friday. He recommended Schlage, which was good advice, particularly for the electronic locks, which don't require a key and are great. We bought the new locks and door knobs on Sunday morning and he was able to do the work Sunday after church. About the fastest a project like this can be done. Every door has new hardware and is on the same key, when we need to use a key. Gary did a great job not only installing the hardware but making sure it functioned properly and smoothly.

It went very, very well. I will definately call him for future locksmith needs.

Our sliding glass door would not latch and lock. Gary was able to adjust the handle so that it worked correctly. He was able to come the same day I called, within a couple of hours. Went great from start to finish. Gary was very punctual and professional. There were a few locks for which we didn't have the original keys but it was not a problem. Gary did everything on the spot and when he was finished the locks worked great. No complaints!

I live in an older home. My old door lock gave out about mid-day today and I called a locksmith I found on a search engine. Turns out, he was a independent contractor that works through someone else. While he did get me into the house, he didn't really seem confident he could solve my problem. It was one of those low advertised service call fee and then they nail you on labor. Because of the circumstances I felt trapped and as a result, fleeced. Through Angie's List, I found Gary at Integrity Security Services. Although it was late in the day he said he would be right over. He was very profesional and thorough. He explained the problem and went about fixing it. Despite the age of the lock system he got it back in satifactory working order; although we discussed a long term fix which will ultimately result in a new lock. His price was very fair for the service provided. He also discussed the pros and cons for getting a new system and gave me a lot of options. I will definitely be going back to him for the long term fix as he has earned all of my future business as well as recommendations to friends and neighbors. All things considered I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called Integrity Key Lock & Safe on 3/5/2013 to ask questions on rekeying the locks on our doors. We have lived in our home for 24 years. We have never had a problem with the locks or any vandalism. We had a personal feeling giving us reason to get them rekeyed. Mr. Long answered all of my questions & we made an appointment for the next morning. Mr. Long was right on time & extremely professional. The rekeying went very smoothly without any problems. The total job from start to finish took about 1 1/2 hours, just as Mr. Long had stated the day before on the phone. I will definitely call Mr. Long again if the need arises for new keys or locks. When I called to make the appointment, Gary was very clear with what he was able to do and what the cost would be. Gary is a straight shooter. He was very knowledgable. First thing he did when he arrived was fix my front door for no charge. It was having problems opening and closing. He then went through the whole house and rekeyed, as well as adjust (drilling if necessary) how the locks went into the frame. He also secured my sliders and gave additional advise on how to secure my garage and windows. He was very orderly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call him if I need him again.

We purchased a home on an acre lot for our business office which also has a separate garage/shop area and a separate apartment. Security is a priority. Gary came at the appointed time frame and spent a couple of hours re-keying all of the door locks and dead bolts, 6 locks in all. He explained that he was keying the locks and making the keys to make it the hardest to pick even for him and explained what that entailed. He even spent time making sure my door locks and deadbolts were properly aligned. He also re-cut the recess holes so that the bolts went far enough in so that they could not be opened with credit cards or screwdrivers. If I had done the job, I would not have known that they were not deep enough and the previous owner actually was not as secure as he might have thought. Gary showed me the difference and what could happen if he had not done that. I learned a lot about security today and how to get the most out of the locks and keys to my house. I highly recommend Gary and Integrity Locks and Safe. No wonder he gets such high Angie's List ratings!

We coordinated a time, Gary came out and took care of the problem. He didn't rush through, but showed attenion to detail, making adjustments to the mechanism in order to improve the lock security. He was professional and fair, and did a nice job. I recommend Gary and would hire him again.

He responded right away and came on the Air Force Base. Very professional and the car was a little tricky so it took a while to open. He gave a discount for being an Angie's list member. I highly recommend him if you ever need a locksmith. He has shown to be trustworthy, responds immediately, and very inexpensive.
