INTEGRITY KEY LOCK AND SAFE LLC

The timeframe was vague as to arrival but the service provider called ahead. I was working from home, so that was fine. He very quickly got the deadbolt out, then installed the new lock, which I figured I would have to do. He took the time to install and recess the new strike plate and tested the installation very thoroughly to assure everything was good. I was very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

We called Integrity Security to change our lock on our newly acquired condo due to the number of wonderful reviews that they had received on Angie's List. We called rather last minute-the day before we needed the work done--but Gary assured us that he woud be able to do the job at the time we requested. He showed up right on time and got right to work. He was pleasant and professional and finished his job in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend him to others and use him again, ourselves.

Provider arrived within scheduled time period calling several times to alert us as to his anticipated specific arrival time during the scheduled period. Very professional service.

Gary, the owner answered the phone when I called, we set up an appointment time. I had a question after we spoke the first time and had to leave a message, he actually called me back within 10 minutes. Very prompt and very professional.. He even fixed some bedroom door handle issues I had even though it was not in the scope of business he was there for. Great service, I would recommend him very highly.

Mr. Long originally came out to re-key my home; however, when he arrived I added a few extra items (dead bolt and security on my glass doors). He was very professional, explained what my options were and provided the price; he did not try and up sale.. He did excellent work and I was very grateful that he was able to complete the additional work all on the same day. Will use him again in the future when I make a few more changes around my home.

I hired Gary to change all the locks on a townhouse I recently purchased. Gary answered the phone when I called, had openings the next day, and arrived when he said he would. He also called about 20 minutes before he arrived. In addition to replacing the locks, Gary realigned my doors so that the deadbolts easily slide open and locked (prior to this, I had to finesse the deadbolts to get them open and locked). I appreciate that Gary gave me an Angie's List member discount. His bill was reasonable and it was exactly what he said it would be before he started.

Gary actually came out on the same day that I called. I was very impressed that I did not have to schedule this into my work calendar and really appreciated his efforts.

I had lost a set of keys and decided to rekey my locks. I called that morning and Gary said he was able to come to my house by late afternoon. He called to say that he was running late whcih I aprreciated. Gary rekey three locks and cut new keys all in less than an hour. He was professional and I would use him again

He was a little late, but he called and gave me fair warning about it. He was professional and did more than I expected (tightened up a few hinges and gave me advice on reprogramming the garage openers.

Gary was great -- he had all tools and parts with him to do the job right away, even though he was not sure exactly what the job entailed before he got here. He was professional, pleasant, got right to work & before I knew it he had all the locks in my house re-keyed and had all the keys ready for me and labeled so I wouldn't get them confused. We had some issues with the coding but he was more than patient. It took a second trip out to get it all done. Key works just great and I made it in time to still leave for Norfolk to see my husband off. The technician was very nice and worked with me despite having to travel all the way to South Tampa twice.

After I moved into a new place, I didn't have keys to all of the locks and I wanted them changed to something only I had. He rekeyed them all for me and explained the differences between all of the locks. He also oiled them all up and adjusted the strike plates to ensure they were operating properly at no additional cost. He is genuinely a nice guy, and I'd gladly work with him again.

We just bought this house, and I woke up one morning and my back door was open, and it alarmed me, it turned out that the door wasn't locked well. We had a tropical storm that day, and I called him and he came out that day and he worked in the rain. He was super nice and professional.

I called Gary about problems with my front entry door locks on Tuesday July 9, 2013. He came out to see what the problem was the next day and knew instantly what the problem was. It was repaired within a few minutes. The locks hadn't worked as well when they were first installed as they work now. I asked Gary if the garage entry door could be rekeyed to use the same key as the front door. Although those locks were considerably older and in bad shape, Gary was determined to make them work and he worked long and hard in the heat to achieve that end. He was informative and professional. I've had a problem with those locks for quite sometime but kept procrastinating because I didn't know who to call for repair or replacement. Thank God for Angie's List and the people who wrote glowing reviews about Gary's company. TG for Gary also. :-)

Arrived on time. Better price than others. Exceeded expectations by making the locks work better. When they were installed the hole on the door facing was not adequate for the bolt to fully engage. The locks work great. I would recommend them without reservation.
