Gary was great. He diagnosed the problem, went to a local lock store to find a replacement part (the door handle isn’t produced any longer), and repaired the lock. I’ll use him again if needed.

Gary did a great job! He was able to fit me in at the end of his day. He installed my door handle including shaving the area to the ensure the proper fit. He did the same on the deadbolt. The door is now easy to lock.

Gary was great. He explained to me what I needed in terms of locks and also explained security aspects of what I needed. He was patient while is decided what I would like best. He installed and electronic deadbolt on my front door, in addition to other doors, and he installed a keypad for the garage. No more getting locked out! On a Sunday, when I went to change the batteries in our Schlage electronic lock, I jammed the mechanism. So I took the lock apart to unjam it and could not reassemble it. After 45 minutes, I could feel my frustration level rising, so I went to Angier's List and found Gary at INTEGRITY KEY LOCK AND SAFE. I called and he said he was a little ways away, but should be there around 1:00. Right at 1:00, he pulled into the driveway. Right away he found out why I could not reassemble the lock and quickly fixed it. Further, he noticed that the lock was binding right at the end of its throw. He took his tools and worked on the jam and got the lock working perfectly. He also said that I probably would not have to change batteries as often (I had been changing them around every two weeks; they should last 1-3 months.). He was very quick and very professional. Highly recommended.

Gary is a profesional with a high integrity and reliability

My 20 year old deadbolt became frozen in the locked position in my front door. I was unable to unlock or use my front door. Gary met me on the only day off I had that week--a Sunday afternoon. He was prompt, friendly, and was quickly able to get my deadbolt unfrozen. He replaced my bolt which was no longer fitting into its full locked space on the frame of the door. He improved the space on the door frame so that the new bolt could fully extend, thereby making my front door a much safer and more securely lockable door.

Hired Gary to replace thirty year old front door locks and handles. He had to customize the door to accommodate new locks. After that, we had him replace thirteen other door handles and locks throughout the house. Did a great job!
