He was on time, professional, neat, knowledgeable and pleasant. All in all couldn't have gone any better.

Gary was very professional and explained the best options for my situation. He re-keyed the locks and he also looked at my mailbox lock and said I didn't need to change it that it only needed lubrication. He lubricated it and it worked perfectly. This was the first time I used Angie's list and I was very pleased.

Came out and did an inspection/evaluation of our current locks then presented options for replacement. Presented us with multiple options from a number of cost points. Discussed the advantages and disadvantages of ordering locks vice procuring locks from our local hardware stores. Went over the cost estimate in great detail and made sure we understood his pricing policy as well as exactly what we would be receiving. He made several recommendations across numerous pricing options...we did not feel pressured or "guided" to an option we did not like...he sought to meet our needs. We decided to special order new door handles/locks which he took care of for us. When the locks arrived, he called us and asked us when we would be avaiable for an appointment...turns out he was ready before we were and we had to push the date to the right, but it was nice to know that he was ready to go as soon as he received the locks. On the day of installation, he arrived as scheduled and performed the work as requested. The suggestions he made were right on target. Very happy with the results!

Gary arrived on time as agreed. He had previously advised me of the brand of lock to buy. When Gary took my current lock apart, he found that he could repair it if we wanted instead of replacing it. I wanted to replace it but my husband wanted it repaired. Gary also found some other areas that needed attention so he repaired them as well. He was very professional and I would definitely use him again. I understand why he is rated "A".

I called Gary on Saturday 12/13/2014 and we made the appointment for Monday 12/15/2014 at 7pm. He arrived a little earlier and worked on my doors for well over 2 hours. He had to replace one of the lock sets but was able to repair all the other locks that had caused me problems for a long time. I was surprised that the locks could be repaired. He also fixed my storm door which was installed by a handyman earlier in the year and never locked properly. Finally, Gary was able to rekey all the locks. He is a very friendly, courteous and honest person. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will use his services any time I need help with any of my doors.

He arrived at the scheduled time, even called before hand to let me know he was on his way. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. No eye-gouging price, either!

I called early Monday to schedule an appointment to replace the handles and dead bolts with newer, modern hardware. Gary said they would be able to do it the same day, but late afternoon, 4:00 or 5:00. This was fine and we scheduled. Gary called me in the afternoon to update me, saying he had an emergency call to make in downtown St. Pete but would still be here about 5:00. He arrived punctually and immediately set to work. He removed three exterior door knobs and dead bolts and replaced them with the hardware I had already purchased. In addition, I had recently replaced my interior hinges and handles myself but had a problem with the strike plate on just two of them. Gary quickly took care of them, making the necessary adjustments. The new hardware looks great and operates very smoothly, unlike the previous dead bolts that were on the doors. Whoever installed them did not know what they were doing. Obviously, Gary does! I'll not hesitate to use this company again.

When I purchased a Condo via the Tax Deed Auction, I forgot that I would need a locksmith to help me get in. When I searched for one, I saw that Gary had the most reviews on Angie's List that I have ever seen. How could I not trust what everyone else loved about him? He made sure that I had proof of new ownership of the condo before doing any of the work. He would have come out for service on the day I called, but I was too busy. He made sure that the job was completed within 2 days of me calling however. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Very prompt service. Answered the phone when we called and discussed our issues and price for what we wanted. We researched the price further and determined that the price quoted was within our budget and better than some other vendors we checked with. Based on other reviews, I felt comfortable using Gary and we called back to schedule appointment for the work. He arrived as scheduled and got right to work and included Angie's List discount. Work was perfect and he also tightened some other areas of the door for better closure. We were very please and would use again.

Gary was very professional and courteous. He called me the morning of our appointment and let me know he was running a but behind. He arrived when he said he would and got to work re-keying our 3 doors as well as the outside gate. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. Plus, he honored the 10% Angie's List discount, which was a bonus. I would definitely use again!

.On a Friday night @7:00 I needed to drive my car out for a meeting. When I went to exit the house into the garage I could not get out. I tried to no avail to get the lock unstuck. I called Gary from the list provided by Angie's List. He was at my house within the hour, fixed the lock and even repaired the front door that had been sticking when opened. Gary is super responsive. I was able to use my cell phone to text him photos of my sliding glass doors. He was able to diagnose the problem, give me a quote and schedule the service call in one quick phone call.
