INTEGRITY KEY LOCK AND SAFE LLC

I had an international flight that evening and realized we lost the safe key for the safe that held my passport. I called GGary at 10am on a Saturday and he was out within 2 hours and easily, within 15 minutes, unlocked the safe and I had my passport for my flight. He said he can replace the lock if we can't find the key. He was courteous, kind to our pets, and efficient. No complaints! Will use Gary again for any lock issues in the future. He also offered us the 10% Angie's List discount even though I did not even know he offered the discount as I was hurridly trying to find an "A" rated locksmith. He was the first I called and I am glad I did.

It went great. Gary took his time and fixed a couple issues with the door knobs. Put everything back together and got everything put in in a timely manner.

Gary was wonderful, he gave me a quick quote for the services I needed and when we scheduled our appointment he was early professional, pleasant and did a great job. Couldn't have asked for more.

Gary was very professional and responsive throughout the process. He stuck to his quoted price despite having to make several trips to get the adjustment just right on the back door. He followed up with me at least twice to ensure I was satisfied and came over immediately (on Sunday) to ensure the lock was fixed correctly. I will use Gary's services again if we need any locksmith work done, without a doubt. He was very professional, responsive and reasonably priced.

My husband realized he had lost or misplaced his motorcycle key. I assumed there was a spare in the file cabinet, but there wasn't. We searched high and low, but no luck. Since I had the key code, I called the Suzuki dealer to see about getting a replacement. They told me they couldn't make a key from the code number even though the Suzuki website said they could. I asked what our options were. He said have the motorcycle towed to their location and they would replace all three key cylinders on the motorcycle for $260. I was not ready to spend that kind of money. I started searching on motorcycle forums and several times it was mentioned that if you got a really good locksmith, they could possibly make a key from the ignition switch. I really didn't see how that was possible, but I decided to call someone. I went to Angie's list and called the top rated locksmith in my area. I spoke to Gary in the morning and explained our situation. He said he thought he could do it, but he would come out and if not, there would not be a charge for coming out. I was pretty surprised that I wouldn't have a "show up" charge, but I was still not sure he could fix our problem. Around 3:00, Gary called and said he would be at our house at 3:30. He arrived on time and got to work. Within about 15 minutes, he had the preliminary key made that opened the gas tank and utility compartment. He explained it would take a little more time to make it work in the ignition. We were sitting in our living visiting with a friend when we heard the engine fire up on the motorcycle. That was a great sound. Gary made us an original and 2 spares and was on his way in a little over an hour. We were thrilled and saved over $150, plus the cost in time and money it would have cost to tow the bike to the dealer. We were very pleased with the price and his professional and courtesy demeanor.

Don't even mess around researching other locksmiths!!! Gary is the man. He came over fixed some locks and explained why and how everything works. Trustworthy man that I felt very comfortable with in my home. And on top of the great service, he was such a nice guy to my little girls.

Called Gary on a Saturday afternoon, and was able to schedule him to come out that Monday to re-key the locks on a newly purchased home. Then called and was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to have a new deadbolt installed. Gary was professional and courteous both over the phone and in-person. He went above and beyond the expected services by fixing a handle that had been installed upside-down while re-keying one of our doors, and also installing a missing faceplate on the doorframe while installing the new deadbolt. Would recommend Gary to any friends or family in need of a locksmith!

Gary was the first locksmith I called and I instantly liked him on the phone. Since I have never had to have locks changed before I did call 2 other locksmiths. They both had slightly higher prices and while not unpleasant on the phone, they weren't as welcoming, friendly or informative as Gary. When Gary arrived at my house to change the locks he noticed that our door handles had all been installed upside down. It took him 10 to 15 minutes to change 7 handles and now it looks so much better. He went above and beyond what I hired him to do and we very much appreciate it.

Gary is AWESOME!!! I had a crisis at my rental house and he was able to get there within two hours. He fixed my problems, explained to me why the problems were happening and then he even pointed out an issue I didn't know I was having (and fixed it in about two seconds...what a difference!). Gary is clearly very knowledgeable. He worked quickly, I felt like the price charged was very fair (and WAY less than the South Tampa locksmith who re-keyed the locks last time!). Thank heavens for Angie's List or I'd never have found Gary. He's fantastic and I will never use anyone else again!

I contacted him via angies list, and Gary promptly responded back. I moved into a new house and wanted him to change out/ re-key 4 doors. He not only did that, but noticed the door to the laundry room with the lock should have been on the door going into the garage, so he swapped those out. He did a great job, quick. Gave me 4 keys (then contacted me a week later, letting me know he accidently "over-charged" me by 10 dollars and sent me a check for that amount!) Integrity is a great name for his business, Gary definatley is that and more.

Gary called when he was approximately 15 minutes away since we haven't occupied the house yet. He was punctual and professional. Installed the deadbolt and as a bonus, fixed the cylinder on the bottom lock which was installed upside down. Gary also voluntarily attempted to fix the sliding glass door/screen door that were malfunctioning. He advised me not to change the lock on the screened in porch as it doesn't provide much security anyway. I would definitely recommend him as well as use him again myself. Bonus points for wearing his ID badge on his shirt where it was easily seen!!

Gary was awesome. He was fast and a perfectionist. I was expecting my bill to be much, much more. He was so nice. He made adjustments to a lock that had been weird for years and a door that had become slightly askew. I will definitely call him in the future for my lock needs.
