Gary was on time, professional, honest and took time to explain everything he did and how it all worked.

.We had made an appointment, went to confirm and he advised he would be there in a 1/2 hour. His last customer took a little more time than expected (we completely understood) He came to the house exactly 1/2 hour later. We do make time to be at the home for appointments and understand they can come late. You know most companies give you a window. We would certainly use his service again. This was done for my mother's home who is elderly. My mom now has 1 key to open all her doors instead of 10 which keeps us confused!!! We are so happy with the service, work and professional. Gary picked up the old hardware and clean up after the work. WOW !!!!

Trouble shot it, repaired it and all of this on a Saturday. Also, his quote to drill it out if that had been necessary, was 30% lower than the competition and the competition could not do it on a weekend.

Upon arrival the individual was extremely courteous. The problem was explained and he went right to work. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to correct the problem. He did not try to sell us a new door handle as is the case with others I have used in the past. He worked on the door lock and handle and repaired with no difficulty. After completing his work he cleaned up all the metal shavings from his work.

Great service! Arrived the same day as my call, was prompt and courteous. And was able to remove the broken key from my lock in minutes even though my husband and I had spent hours attempting to get it out on our own. Well worth the money, would use again.

I needed to change all the locks (rekey) on my mother's house (Total of 8 locks with the deadbolts). Gary was on time and worked for 2 to 3 hours in pouring rain. He replaced one of the locks that was corroded. Very nice man, hard worker, and everything worked perfectly when he was done. The price was very reasonable for the time he put in, and he offered the 10% Angie's List discount without being asked. I was very pleased with his work and would use him again.

Gary came out to re-key my house and found an issue with a couple of my current locks. Suggested I go and buy new ones myself to save some money and advised on exactly what I needed. He did not charge me for that visit and we then rescheduled for the next day when he came back installed all of the locks I had purchased and re-keyed everything. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and did a quality job and what I thought was a reasonable price. He also offered a discount because I was an Angie's List member. I would definitely recommend him for all locksmith needs and we will definitely use again for any future needs.

The person that arrived couldn't have been nicer. I was impressed with his professionalism, the quality of his work, and the fact that he showed up on time. When he arrived, he immediately took at look at the paddle lock and said that he would need to head out for some materials. He said he would return within the hour and he did. He completed the job without error. He did all according to plan and he was very up front about the cost and what all the job would entail. Previously I was using another locksmith and I had nothing but issues. I was charged not only for the job itself, but started receiving invoices for his walk in fee, that was never discussed. I had issues with the quality of his service, the whole nine yards. He wouldn't show up on time. He was awful. I know the type of service providers that are out there and I can confidently recommend this company to anybody in need of this type of service. I made the phone call and he was there the next morning. I was refreshed that I could do business with another professional without having to deal with poor quality, hidden fees, or bad beside manner.

Gary did an excellent job, making sure locks and doors were in good working order. He went above and beyond the call of duty by sharing some good advice as well as assisting briefly with a mechanical problem we were experiencing.

I called Integrity on 8/10/15 and spoke to Gary. A member of my household had lost their house keys and, out of an abundance of caution, I wanted my house locks re-keyed. Gary offered to come the next day, but I was busy; we agreed he would come 8/12 between 10a-11a. On 8/12, around 10a, Gary called and said he was running behind and would not arrive until 11a-12p. Around 12p, Gary arrived and went to work. He re-keyed the front door deadbolt and doorknob (3 cylinders total) and the door to the garage deadbolt (1 cylinder). As requested, Gary ensured that one key worked in all locks (unlike before, when the front door and garage door had separate keys), and provided 6 keys. The total time was less than one hour. All the keys work smoothly. Both doors close more securely now, due to Gary re-positioning the deadbolts in the doors. I had gotten so used to the front door being out of alignment that I though something was wrong with it and called Gary. Gary explained the proper way to lock the front door, and now I understand. Overall, it was a great experience.

Cost was exactly as quoted. Performed the job quickly and efficiently. Also fixed some other locks that were installed upside down by previous owner. Gary was customer friendly and obviously a pro at his trade. I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for an honest and reasonably priced locksmith.
