Gary was very professional, congenial and punctual, and most importantly, he provided same day service. My door handle was not working, and I needed it replaced right away. He gave me advice about what type of new door handle to buy, and very quickly replaced the defective one, and re-keyed the lock and my deadbolt to fit my existing key. I highly recommend Gary and Integrity Key Lock & Safe.

'Both jobs he was there exactly at the scheduled time. He had his own power source and quietly had everything done . Very professional. We have to relearn our doors no more struggling with some or pushing a door open because you know it doesn't latch right. I wish I had done this 20 years ago. Our house cost a bit more but he had to do eight doors.

I cannot say enough good things about Gary. He was easy to get a hold of, showed up when he said he would, and installed new hardware on three doors to perfection. Gary works very fast and diligent. The looks all work great, as do the additional keys he provided. He worked at my home about 1 1/2 years ago. All the looks work still great, he is the best at what he does.

Gary was great! He came to the house and looked at what we had. He made suggestions and after a handshake sent us a written estimate for the job. We delayed a couple of weeks while our home was painted. Once I called he scheduled and came out within a couple of days. I asked him to make a change while he was at the house which he was more than willing to do. Gary repaired the hardware/doorknob on a very old door (the mechanism originally worked with a skeleton key). This saved my door because the original mechanism was of an entirely different size than modern locks/ hardware. He was very efficient and knowlegable.

My parents had a long standing problem with the lock on their French door not working properly. In addition, the door handle fell off regularly. My brother put the handle on twice, but it still fell off. I found Integrity on Angie's List. I called Gary & he handled the problem right away. He had to adjust the entire door in order to get the lock and the door handle to function properly. Since Gary completed the work everything is working perfectly! My mother is delighted & says that Gary is the nicest person she has ever had do work at the house. Not only that, but he is quick, professional and very reasonable in price! Today I installed new weatherstripping around the exterior doors. I was then unable to shut three of them. I called Gary around 3PM on this Wednesday before Thanksgiving and explained my dilemma. He came over that evening, readjusted the weatherstripping, and did everything to the doors so that they would close and lock. He accomplished all of this in one hour and even gave me a discount!
