I bought the list coupon on line for $49. service call. When I didn't hear from them the next day I called and spoke with Gary. He was able to set up an appointment time that I had requested. He came out on time and disassembled the lock , cleaned it, offered advice, (no graphite in Florida as it tends to clump in the humdity), and made a master and 6 new keys for the lock. Total for everything (including service call) was $94. Very reasonable. Now the key turns the lock like knife through butter. I would recommend to others.

From start to finish, the process was easy and smooth! During the initial call, the office was responsive and polite, quoting fees without pushing sales. They were even able to schedule me for same-day service for a time between 5 and 6pm. Gary arrived at 5 and actually beat me home...he was understanding and pleasant, even as I had scheduled carpet consultation for the same time period. He patiently answered all my newbie questions and took his time explaining exactly what a guard plate is and how to maneuver my tricky French doors. AND he fixed up the hinges on a tight exterior door. AND he helped me out majorly by tweaking an existing double deadbolt so only I had access, rather than delaying the project to hunt down proper new keys (since he didn't happen to have that particular kind available). The price quoted was the price paid...no surprises. I am ABUNDANTLY happy with his professionalism and service, and will definitely recommend and use again.

After a REALLY bad day with a home burglary at my son's house and boarding up the broken french doors we discovered the front door keys would not open the lock on the front door, the only entrance left after boarding up the french doors. I called Integrity after checking service providers on Angie's List and he came out without my having to wait long and resolved the problem quickly. The quick response and resolution of the problem was welcomed on this stressful day. The reason for the B in professionalism is because of a judgement comment made regarding my son's neighborhood (Tampa Heights). I understand the neighborhood is old and undergoing a revitalization project but the the judgment would be best left as a thought and not a spoken observation.

Gary has done work for me in the past and he's the best, so I called him when I wanted locks on my cabinets. One of the cabinets has a glass-insert door so I was especially worried about whether a lock could be installed without breaking it. Gary identified the best type of lock for my needs and installed them extremely carefully, taking the time to not only protect the integrity of the cabinets but make sure they looked nice aesthetically. It was not inexpensive, but the cost was definitely commensurate with the work he did, especially because each set of cabinets required both a lock and a "catch."

The lock looks great and he did it very efficiently. He was a little delayed because of another appointment that took more time than he thought it would, but he called me both to let me know he would be late and when he was on his way. I would definitely use him again.

Gary was very professional, helpful and did a great job. I had dozens of unidentifiable keys and he helped me figure out which were for which doors and re-keyed them as needed. He also identified a problem with how the deadbolt was closing and fixed it automatically. He also provided consulting services on possible future projects I may do, such as installing keypad door entries.

I have a gun safe that is well out of warranty and the outfit that sold it to me is no longer in business. It was starting to have some gear slipping issues and I was concerned it would fail on me shortly and cause an even more expensive response. I was also concerned that it would be unfixable and I would have to replace it. Gary was very pleasant and responsive when I called him and he was at my house in less than 24 hours. He did a very throughly assessment of the safe and while it turns out that it's proprietary to the point where a lock replacement wasn't possible, he was able to determine that proper lubrication would save me expensive repairs/modification and that a safe replacement wasn't necessary. He was in a position where he could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but he's a stand up guy and patiently figured out that I could get away with just keeping it well lubricated. He even suggested potential modifications, but said I didn't really need to do them at this point. They were just suggestions that I could try rather than anything he was pushing to sell me. What's not to like? He was fast, professional, ethical, and very reasonably priced.
