Description of Work: After buying a house in August 2012, we called Gary to have the locks changed. On his own, he made an extra advance trip to check the brand of locks on the existing doors, so he would have everything needed on the day we moved in. He arrived on time, changed locks on two doors, made extra keys, and installed a special lock on our sliding glass doors. Very prompt and professional. Total cost was around $200. We highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Fast, efficient, professional service. Gary is a true professional and exceeded our expectations. Called Integrity to rekey the new townhouse we just closed on. Gary did not simply change out cylinders, he also adjusted the doors and made sure the doors and locks worked with a simple flick of the latch.

Description of Work: Gary came out same day. He was asked to open an exterior door (on a detached building from my house) which had been accidently locked by another service provider. I could not locate any keys for this door at the time. He opened the door and readjusted the locking mechanism as it had not been properly installed in the first place. I wanted to re-key this lock and another door going into the garage to match my house keys. Unfortunately, because of two different manufacturers he could not do this. Gary was extremely pleasand and I would not hesitate to call him again for service.

He is an exceptional professional and is so accommodating of his customers. In fact, he gives new meaning to "customer service." My hubby and I are most impressed with his efficiency, timeliness, and professionalism. As a result, we scheduled him to return tomorrow for another project.

Description of Work: Gary provided prompt, professional, and friendly service to remove a lock in 10 minutes that Home Depot, Lowes, and original lock mfgr website were absolutely clueless about. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Gary responded quickly and arrived promptly to handle retooling our house locks as well as installing new locks. He was also kind enough to adjust prior mis-insatalled door handles that he noticed while here. Gary is very professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. Description of Work: Problem with lock on entrance door. Thought I needed new lock and was prepared to pay for it. Gary checked the lock and insisted that I did not need a new one. He repaired the lock on the entrance door and also checked and serviced the lock on the back door. Gary was ver professional and has a very pleasant personality. Description of Work: We had just bought a home requiring 7 doors needing rekeyed as they all lead outdoors. Integrity Security Services was one of three companies I found on angieslist. It was a Saturday and I was hoping to have them rekeyed the same day, and two other places I had called mentioned increased pricing for "off-hours". Upon calling Gary and giving him the address, he said he'd be out between 12 and 1pm. I appreciated his professional manner on the phone and was pleased when he showed up at 12. He explained what he was going to do and provided us with the most cost effective solutions, pointing out minor items that may need attention in the future. He completed the job very effectively and professionally and will definately recommend him! I mentioned using angieslist to find him and received 10% off, not even realizing there would be a discount, so that was nice. The next day, I received a message from Gary letting me know that he had accidentally overcharged me about $45 and it was promptly credited back to my account. Definitely lives up to the company name!
