Connor was fantastic! He communicated very well from the start. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough walkthrough of our house, both inside and outside and took care of any concerns we pointed out or that he found. We are very happy we chose Insect IQ!

David was very friendly & efficient. He immediately captured a bat that had entered my home & safely placed it outside. It was a relief to have it out of the house.

Very professional. Donald MacWhinnie answered all questions and concerns. More thorough than other choices. Excellent price. Longer warranty. Excellent customer service in setting up appointments also. Definitely recommended.

First time we used an exterminator, he was very pleasant and he determined what the issue was very quickly. i was told he would do certain things for a one time visit but unfortunately He was in and out quickly and did not spray every room as I thought he would. I had to request him to do areas that he missed. All and all since he has been there we have not seen one flying ant and had our first palmetto bug. lol Does that mean I need to call them back?

Conner Keller did the most thorough inspection, presented the best plan for pest control and elimination and was the most knowledgeable over 8 other pest control companies. his bid was not the lowest but did provide the most service for the buck. Also he was easy to reach and was on time.

Nice rep. Was not careful with his lader. He did work to repair it. This cost was 2xs the cost of other exterminator.

I thought it was neat that this company stayed in touch with me well before I had settled into my condo and needed their service. They were incredibly patient as I went through my redesign projects - I kept changing the dates - until I was finally settled and they arrived last week (March 2020). They did a great job and I love the fact they provide emergency service if needed. I felt like going with a family business makes me a bit more valued overall vs. a generic national company that will never get to know me or my home. The employee doing my service I feel VERY comfortable with as I will not be there. That is BIGGLY important to me because I must feel a sense of trust. I got that and that is terriffic!

Very professional along with Connor being very knowledgeable. We are getting our home treated for termites and this has been the only company that inspected our house from the attic to crawl space. It s a shame the other companies just wanted to make a quick inspection & missed problem areas that we were unaware of. Connor is the best and we are feeling confident the problems will be fixed and without future worries.
