Saved my daughters from future pain and more! Our exterminator is part of our family and our hero. Not only did he get rid of multiple issues and never complained with all my request, but he taught us the different insects and why they were there and how to prevent them from in the future. The quality of the work with the cost definitely meet our family’s expectations and more!

My tech was very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He walked me around and was able to point out to me areas of concern. He also took photos of areas in the attic and outside that were pertinent and sent them to me in an email that also contained my paid invoice. I am very pleased with Insect IQ. Their prices are very reasonable and their policies are very appropriate.

i posted a review for insect IQ, I would like to follow up with review, Conner came out and treated the house he was very nice and knowledgable. I had made a mistake on previous review on time to retreat house, and after talking to Connor I found out it is supposed to be 2 weeks. I am pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone including friends. They were prompt on arrival time, and assured me that my bug issue would be resolved.

I called these guys because I suddenly had wasps as roommates! Clearly I don't know anything about removing wasps, but these guys came to my rescue. They were on time, professional, took care of the problem and explained to me exactly what they did and what I could expect. Finally I'm sleeping easy again without the fear of wasps! Highly recommend!

Jennifer was very helpful and friendly over the phone Michael and Corry were so awesome. Explained and answered all my questions. Knowledgeable. Patient and helpful. Angie saw a hunter spider this morning in hallway and it ran into room #2. We think it’s still in there. And they stayed and waited for the room to be emptied so they can spray and treated the room before next Thursday scheduled. For this I think they are So awesome!!! And so they got my business

Insect IQ does a quality job. They've sprayed the exterior of the house, brushed the exterior for wasp nests, and kept the bugs away. Idon't care for their method of billing (through e-mail), but that's just my pet peeve.

Ask for a call back to initiate continued service, never received it.

I hired Insect IQ to rid my property of rats. They set traps, bait stations, did exclusion and finally, tented all structures. I was very pleased with the end result. That said, they were lacking in communication and follow up. The salesman underestimated the time it would take to do the exclusion and I'm pretty sure gave me a great price because of that. It was difficult to get in touch with them, they didn't always show up when scheduled and the entire project went longer than expected. It appears they have more jobs than employees to carry out the work. I had planned to purchase their monthly rodent control program and called twice because their bait stations are still on the property. I never received a call back.

Called me right away to talk about the problem we were having with a bee swarm, and they were at our the next day to resolve the problem. Connor had great customer service! Nick was our technician, and he was knowledgeable, educated, efficient and friendly! Awesome job!

They were quick to respond to my call. They were very friendly and informative. They also called to let me know they were running behind due to traffic. We have hired them to do our regular pest control maintenance. I like the fact that no contract is needed.
