Jerry made everything very easy. We did not have to be home when the work was being completed. He provided a written estimate and the work was performed for the estimated price. He even refunded us $25 because we forgot to give him the Angie's List coupon before we paid. All of the trees look great - they even made sure the oak tree did not hang over the driveway as much as it previously did.

From the time of estimate to completion, everyone was courteous and made sure that I was happy with the work done. Jerry (the owner) set an appointment to do the estimate and was here when he said he would be. We set a time for the work to be done but due to inclement weather had to reschedule a couple of times. He called me to discuss weather, wind, each time he felt it would not be a good time. (I didn't want someone using a chainsaw on my trees when it was lightening!) When they were able to come the workers confirmed what I had originally agreed to and went to work. They did the work, asked my opinion to be sure it was exactly what I wanted and made suggestions. When finished, they cleaned up the area completely, including gutters where leaves, small branches may have fallen. Although they were here past normal quitting time, there was no mention of coming back the next day to complete the job. The following morning Jerry called to be sure that I was satisfied with the job and assured me that if there was anything that I felt should have been done, they would return to fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We called the above company and they said they could do the job and that cutting/pruning the roots would take care of our problem. They came out and my wife showed the gentleman what we needed done. He spent about 15 minutes doing the job and brought me the invoice noting that my wife had been correct concerning the presence of a root at the driveway end of the sidewalk. We stood at the driveway end of the sidewalk and I asked him if he had gotten all the roots and he replied in the affirmative. I also asked him if he had cut anything important and he replied that he had not. I did not inspect the job any further than the driveway end of the sidewalk. When my wife got home she noted that he had completely missed a root at the non-driveway end of the sidewalk. We called and were told that I had inspected the job (I had not and was not asked to), that they do not usually work so far from their office (13 miles per Angies list) and that it would be too expensive for them to come back out to cut the root. They refused to come back out.

Jerry called to set up an appointment time. He was very personable and friendly and along with great Angie rating I looked forward to the day. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and told my wife that when the work was completed, they would take her on a tour of the property to make sure work was completed to our satisfaction. The crew started work and were very conscientious about their work and were completed by 12:30 pm. When the job was completed, they packed up everything, and all but one person was in the truck. He came to the door to collect the fee, but we had not yet gone around the property with them. When my wife pressed the man to take a tour around the house she found that two of the trees overhanging our fence in our neighbors yard had not been cut down (which was previously agreed to). When asked to take care of it, the crew member pointed out that it was in the neighbor's property. We were trying to be good neighbors, and did not want the branches overhanging the fence. He did not want to cut down the branches. My wife just said, "You don't have to do anything hard just take down the two branches over the fence." To which the crew member stated, "The easiest thing would be to not do anything." After taking the branch saw back out of the truck, it took them all of maybe five minutes to cut the remaining branches and they were on their way. I am 90-95 percent content with this job. I would hire them again in an instant. I just would prefer if a crew worker is having a bad day, that they should take some time off. Jerry called my wife for a follow-up Monday morning, and she told him that she was happy with the way they cut down the trees but not happy with one of the crew member's comments. Jerry sincerely apologized and promised to talk to his worker regarding the proper way of speaking to the customers. P.S. They also honored the Angie's list coupon which was great as well!

After a visit by the owner, who arrived within a day after we called, we got a detailed proposal spelling out the required work and the costs. A date was set up for the next week. Actual work was delayed for a day or so by heavy rains.Eventually, and on time, a sizeable and well equipped crew arrived and completed all the work within the day. Every thing was done, as far as we can tell, with high professionalism. Clean up was excellent.

The job was rescheduled by one day. A crew of three obviously experienced workers performed the work and made sure I was satisfied. They avoided damage to nearby structures and plants and cleaned up well.

They didn't do me any good. He had looked at my trees previously. He told me that he couldn't do it because my trees were in a close distance of the power lines and they were not allowed to do it. They referred me to someone else and they told me that they wouldn't do it because my power lines were not in any danger. He referred me to another provider and I never called them. I have never called them since then. They came out the next day after I called. He was polite on the phone. I think there was a little bit of a complicated problem with my tree and he didn't want to deal with it. You can always get good ratings for easy jobs.

They were very punctual. As soon as I called them, he was here and giving me details about my trees. He told me that 2 of my trees were dead, and I had no idea about it. He told me that it was pretty hazardous in case the trees would fall or anything, so I had them removed. They did an amazing job on all of my trees. I give them an A+ for their services and everything else.

The overall job was done very well. It was a lot of work. It took about a day and a half to completely take down the tree and grind the stump as well as remove all the wood. The service was very professional from start to finish. The serviceman insisted I not pay the full amount until ALL services were complete to my satisfaction. (and they were..I payed the afternoon the work was completed)

Trimmers arrived around 3pm, and performed duties in a professional manner. In addition to the service requirement, removed a small bush and trimmed a palm tree at no additional cost. Within two hours they had completed the trimming and ;tree removal. Cleaned up very well and were done by 5pm. Job well done.

His prices were reasonable. Everything was excellent, the work, the cleaning up, everything. They were terrific.

After contacting the company, the owner, Jerry, scheduled an appointment for an estimate the same day. He was knowageable and professional. His crew arrived as scheduled on the day the work was to be done. They did a great job and left the property clean and neat. We asked to have them back to clear an area more than what they originally did, and they were out the following week to finish, without additional charge.

Overall experience was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time for estimate and did the work as promised.

When they made the first cut of the roots, they cut my main water line. I'm not sure this was his fault but I was without water for a couple of hours. He did a nice job on the actual trimming. He pruned the roots to where he said he would. He did what he was asked to do. He communicated well.

I recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service. Crew was precise and professional. No problems. Work was explained beforehand, and was carried out just as explained. Good guys.

Fast forward five months and we are about to embark on a landscape endeavor. After Jerry's crew left, we sort of left the yard as they had left it, other than moving it for maintenance. Now that we have landscapers here, I finally took notice of the area where the Oak was removed and the stump was ground. Needless to say, once we removed all of the wood chips we realized that the roots of the Oak were still pretty visible and we needed them to be ground further in order to have sod grow in that area. So, not expecting much, I called Jerry. Now remember, this is FIVE months after they had done the work. I was wowed when he immediately offered to send someone back out to grind the stump, for no charge. I seriously was ready to put on my best customer voice and charm them into at least giving me some sort of discount. Amazingly all I needed to do was just ask. I LOVE this company and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, when we finally put up a new fence, I plan to call Jerry to have his crew clean up the fence line and trim back some of the trees. WOW, is all I can say about this company!

Very well. This is the second time we had this service. The clean up was very thorough. The contract was correct and a coupon for a $25 discount was honored.

Jerry returned my call quickly, came to my house when arranged, and submitted a price which I accepted. The following week, his crew came as scheduled with their equipment and worked diligently and efficiently to remove the tree and trim. They took great care to minimize damage to my yard and cleaned the area as much as possible. I have no complaints.

Jerry and his team were prompt and professional. He called afterwards to check on the job done and when told of some minor things missed, they came back out and took care of it without missing a beat. It's hard to find professionals like this, they have my business from now on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They were great. They kind of made a mess but they came back to clean up. They did it in a timely manner and my trees looked good. If I needed something more done they said they would come back out.

The company was very responsive and provided a proposal by the following day. The proposal was detailed and Jerry provided a thorough description of the work to be done, including how to care for our palms. He was knowledgeable about permit requirements; others had told us no permits were necessary.

Terrific. Jerry the owner came out on Monday, explained every detail and gave us a reasonable price. The next morning his crew of four expert men arrived and did the job more efficiently than we imagined possible. The work was quickly done and looked better than we dared to hope. They brought a chipper and truck so the clean-up was done as they worked. They even blew leaves off the pool deck. This is an excellent company, where the boss and the employees know how to trim and care for your valued trees. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work at a price that is quite fair.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They even helped me take away some brush I was going to take out for yard waste pick up.

Very professional work. Eliminated limbs in dangerous position over house, and left trees looking very attractive and adding to look of house and yard.
