It went very well. Theses trees could have possibly damaged my house and patio. They were dangerous in a storm - I feel safer now.

Reasonably priced, excellent work & cleaned. They know what they are doing.

I texted them to cancel the project because at the time I couldn't afford the estimate that was quoted. Unfortunately, I received a call a month later about an invoice for their services unaware that they hadn't received my text to cancel the job and unaware they had already done the work. I didn't know because they had forgot to leave the invoice after the project was finished. They were later able to retrieve the text I had sent to cancel the job and advised because this was their fault they hadn't read my text that they would take care of the bill for their service. Because I didn't know they had trimmed the trees they came back to show me the cuts that were made on the tress from the trimming.

The meeting went very well and I am considering him for my job.

I wasn’t home when work was performed or might have had them do a little more trimming on the one tree blocking the sun. Experience was a learning one, I didn’t look or could have used a little more after job, cleanup.

Excellent service! Jerry helped every step of the way in the permitting process which we could not have done without his help. The entire crew showed up precisely on time the day the work was to be done and were very professional and thorough. We are extremely pleased!

The guys who did the service were extremely knowledgeable and loved trees. They took good care of the trees, were professional, courteous, and a joy to work with. They contacted us both before and after the job. They showed up when they said they would. We found the experience to be all around wonderful. Also, the trees look awesome.

The company gave me an estimate that was a fair price. We made an appointment and two workers came on the day and time we agreed on, trimmed all trees, and cleared up all and removed all the branches cut. Everything looks great.

Excellent experience. They were very timely in scheduling the initial visit (for estimate). A clear quote was provided during the initial visit. Work was scheduled for the requested date. Arborist was on-site for the entire job. The price was competitive and the staff was professional. Excellent results!

I bought a "Big Deal" via Angie's List. After speaking with the owner, he said that for $100 more, he could do a complete job on the large Tree. I agreed to the added cost knowing that there was no way they could do a full job without $$ based on the terms/conditions of the deal and the size of my tree. The owner, Jerry, is very responsive and cares about the quality of the work but the people doing the work aren't as conscientious. After the first visit, the owner called and asked if I was satisfied. I told him the truth in that I was disappointed as there was still a lot of dead branches and stuff that I thought should have been cleaned out of the tree. He was very concerned and said he would send the crew back out to finish the job. About a week later, more work was done but it still was less than I had hoped for. I've seen trees that after they are trimmed and thinned out look amazing. Mine was OK but not great and I could still see 'stuff' that in my opinion should have been removed. I think Jerry is a responsible business owner and does truly care but based on the quality of his crew, I would not use this company again.

They arrived on time, extremely professional, polite. Great care taken with bucket truck and lowering of branches to ground. Raked up & cleaned up.

Jerry Upcavage (owner) was very responsive for estimate as well as the work performed. He and his crew were knowledgable and professional. I am very satisfied with the work as well as the follow through from Mr. Upcavage. My daughter also used this company and experienced the same outstanding service. I will use them again when needed.

They were very expensive. They were twice as much as the other two estimates I received. They were very informative and had a good presentation.

They are ok, I would suggest that the owner is home to ensure proper expectations are meet for the trimming of trees.

It went well. They cleaned everything up before they left. There's a noticeable different in how the trees look. I've used independent tree service for year - they perform consistently excellent work.

Jerry Upcavage-owner-reviewed work with me before work was done. Once the crew arrived one week late. I reviewed the work the crew leader. Three crew members completed the job in 2 hours.

The estimate was detailed and the work was performed as indicated and very professionally. Excellent service and clean-up.

Quality of work and professionalism was very good, but scheduling was off the mark. Original schedule for all work was to be done on the same day, however the service provider called the day of appointment and tried to separate services into 2 days. After my insistence, work was done on same day.

On the morning of 20 Feb 2013, Mr. Jordan Upcavage provided me a written estimate of the tree service I required for my home landscape. Jordan was very helpful in making numerous valued recommendations that ensured that the work was well within my budget. Jordan was most knowledgeable about the health and welfare of the trees which adorned my landscape, and actually provided me some critically important insights on proper care of the trees. We arranged to have his crew perform the work on 18 March 2013. On 20 March 2013 a three person crew arrived punctually at the contracted time. The crew lead met with me prior to the start of the work to verify that there were no changes to the work order. Following, the crew set to work in a very professional manner. The job was completed within 2 hours. The crew lead and I jointly inspected the work performed. The overall job was performed excellently. All tree and leaf debris was removed from my yard. Before the day was over, both Mr Jordan Upcavage and his father (owner) Mr Jerry Upcavage contacted me by phone to ensure the work was performed as contracted and up to my expectations. On all points, the work was performed excellently. Independent Tree Service is the best company that has ever serviced the trees on my lot in the 15 years that I have resided in Cheval.
