Called left message and they returned call within 1 hours. Same day went and looked at property - called with estimate. Agreed over the phone - came and did an excellent job on the agreed date - called to check that I was satisfied with work and cleanup. Simple and easy! Great job.

I work, so I cannot get home before 5:30. The son cancelled 3 appointments and tried to schedule a forth attempt. I prefer to work with a company that is more flexible and willing to go a little out of their way.

They did an awesome job. They came on time, very professional, and friendly. They were very careful during the process to protect the property and home. They used a huge crane to remove and lift the limbs and stump over the house. When they finished, they made sure the property was in good condition removing all debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have a tree trimmed or removed.

Jerry came out to give a estimate and he was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I thought the price was fair given the amount of work to be done so we scheduled a crew to come out. The work had to be done on a Thursday or Friday and they were very accommodating with the scheduling. The crew was here about six hours and got everything done including clearing the deck of leaves and debris that was already there before they started work, which I did not expect but was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint was that they left my gates open when they finished. I could see one and closed it but did not realize they used the other and by the time I saw it, it was too late. My dog had gotten out. I had to chase him down the street but I did catch him and he is OK. Please be sure to close gates or at least notify the owner that they are open before leaving a property. Other than that, I am a very happy customer!! Thanks Independent Tree services!!!!

Scheduled time very quickly, arrived on time. Did fantastic job trimming trees and cleaning up. There was no mess left at all and they removed everything that was trimmed.

Everything is very professional and all the way. The quote wasn't as good. I like the other company better.

Besides the work above being done, the limbs were ground for us and left for mulch which we had requested.

The owner's son came over for the initial appointment and looked at two of the trees we wanted pruned. He was so knowledgeable and advised what he would do to maintain the health of the trees and explained in detail. We decided to have him look at the other trees on the property as well. He found one tree that was diseased and explained in detail what the problem was and gave us options. We chose to remove the tree as well as two others that were growing too close to the house. We made an appointment for later in the week and four employees showed up to complete the work. Afterwards, they raked up the yard to pick up the debris and took all branches and so forth with them. They even went above and beyond by cleaning out the gutters. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I felt there was an issue with post job clean-up, but I was uncertain whether it was a legitimate complaint. Jordan had placed a follow up call to check on my satisfaction and I mentioned my concern to him. He came out, we discussed it, and he concurred that thecleanup was not up to their standards. He had his crew redo the clean-up and said it would be discussed in their daily meeting. Their customer service isexcellent.

He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about proper ways to prune that don't harm the trees. Also diagnosed an oak bore problem that wasn't . Turned out to be damage by a type of woodpecker. We are going to schedule when we come back from out of town.

I have used Independent Tree Service for years and always contact them for pruning and maintenance work. You may find someone to do the work cheaper, but Independent Tree Service does excellent work and I will always choose them to work on my live trees.

Jordan Upcavage came out to give us an estimate and his prices were in line with the other estimates we received. He gave us some tips for future work we may want to consider down the road as well. We scheduled the job for a Monday and when the crew came out, they were concerned about crushing our concrete driveway with their heavy truck so they decided it would be best to reschedule and do the job by hand instead. We appreciated their concern. Work was rescheduled for the following day. During the process, one of the crew members dropped a piece of equipment on the main power line coming into the house and severed it. Independent Tree Service immediately called TECO to report the issue. Jordan then called me to inform me of the accident and provided timely updates throughout the course of the next five hours while we were without power. The next morning, he checked in again with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed and to have us verify all our electronic equipment in the house was undamaged from the accident. All was fine and he agreed to take half off our bill for the inconvenience we were put through by the accident. I highly recommend this service provider despite the rescheduling and troubles we had with this job. Communication is king and they wear the crown! Thanks again, Jordan.

Independent Tree Service did an outstanding job! They removed a tree that was threatening to fall and damage our house and trimmed two other trees. Their representative showed up the same day we called and the work was done as promised. I highly recommend this tree service company.

the crew arrived promptly, helped me and did everything I asked them to do. Raked up the small branches and leaves and well as removed the large wood. They have a bucket truck so they were able to operate in a safe manner without ladders and ropes that some other services use. Jason even called the next day to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company without any reservation and will use them again
