I have been a customer of Jerry's for over 10 years. He and his crew are very professional. They arrive when expected and do a very thorough job along with a thorough clean up.

They arrived on time and worked (four men) all day. The trees look great! They did a good job cleaning up.

Our house is surrounded by mature oaks, many of them Grand Oaks. Independent Tree Service has been doing our work for years. We were referred to Jerry because he is a certified arborist. He respects the oaks, but also knows they need to be properly trimmed to keep us safe. Jerry always gets the necessary permits when he works on the Grand trees. The inspectors at the City respect his opinion and appreciate his professionalism. His crews are safety conscious when working. They clean up the property after the job is done. The cost is fair, not the cheapest, but reasonable. Jerry has to schedule in advance because he is busy. He comes on the scheduled day, does the work we agreed to and charges the agreed price. We once had another provider come do some trimming on a "big deal". The contrast in their lack of professionalism made me always go back to Independent, even if the cost is slightly higher.

Jordan came out the same day I called for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew did a great job and they cleaned up my yard great.

The crew did an excellent job reaching a difficult to access tree and removing it. The saw dust clean-up could have been a bit more thorough.

I was not home at the time of the removal and was delighted when I returned and found the work had been done and the site all cleaned up. I communicated with Jordan Upcavage by telephone and found him to be very responsive and professional. This company does have a minimum amount of $150 that they charge for any job which may be a consideration for anyone with a small job.

This company is very professional, knowledgeable about threes and really seem to care. I trust their judgement and they were very honest. They were on time and efficient.

They came out to give me the estimate the day of my inquiry and arrived to do the work on the scheduled day at 9:00 A.M.. All work was done to my satisfaction with thorough clean-up. The elm turned out beautiful and looks like a large Bonsai. Workers were cordial and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Outstanding effort from estimate to completion; this is the second time I have used this company. Jerry demonstrates exceptional knowledge as a certified arborist that I have not seen from other tree "experts." He gave me written and priced options for how to deal with the large oak tree from which to choose from and accessed the health of the tree. The oak had one oversized limb that overhung my home which I was concerned could lead to a problem during the hurricane season. The team doing the work was quite careful while cutting, removing and lowering small sections of large branches by rope after cutting them from the sky bucket lift. It was difficult and dangerous work but well executed and nothing was dropped on my house nor my neighbors home. Another large brach overhung the neighborhood sidewalk and it was completely removed and other select branches were trimmed. All cut branches were gathered and grinded on site, all debris was picked up and sidewalks and neighbors driveway where they parked was blown off. No surprises on price, exactly what was promised.

Arrived on schedule w/4 crew members. The site of work was continuously cleaned up. They really had the experience, and even cleaned the gutters & washed the 2 sky lights on the home. The end cleanup was better than when 1st arrived.

Crew of 3 arrived on time and worked hard all day, even when the weather turned inclement. They did an excellent job, they were respectful of our property and they did a great clean up job.
