Owner was very responsive, called to check on quality of work. Did exactly what was promised. Very reliable!

They came same day I called to give estimate. Very responsive to all questions and phone calls. Scheduled emergency carrying away of fallen tree right away and scheduled trimming and cutting down tree for about a month later. All work was performed well.

Great service, really easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Jerry, the owner, also took care of the permitting for me, since I didn't have time to go down to the county offices. Also, their stump grinder was in the shop the day of the tree removal - they could have easily made me wait until it was repaired, instead they went and rented a replacement and took care of the stump the next day.

Jerry and his crew were very punctual and professional. Jerry showed up on time to provide the estimate and his crew showed up on time to do the work. They did everything they promised to do. When they were done everything was cleaned up. When they were done the lawn looked as it did before they arrived. Great company to deal with.

The owner (Jerry Upcavage) came over to discuss the project within minutes of my call (they do a lot of work on Davis Island and he was nearby at the time). The work was performed the very next day. They did an exceptional job and I will definitely use them for future projects.

My next door neighbour did all the hard work contacting tree services to cut back a shared tree and a few other trees at the back of our houses. The best quote by far came from Independent Tree Services which added to the professionalism and knowledge of Jerry made this a simple decision. His crew turned up on time and worked diligently all day to cut back the trees. Some of the trees needed extensive work bt mine only needed trimming, but still difficult to get to as they were over a screened area. The team took great care and worked all day to get the work done and remove the spanish moss from the trees. They cleaned up all the limbs and twigs and left the area looking great. I would highly recommend the work of Independent Tree Services and would definitely use them again.

Four guys came out, and they did a great job. They were fast and efficient. They removed and recycled the debris when they were done. They cut more than we were hoping they would without upsetting property boundaries. We were worried about possible damage that could come from the old tree branches, and they relieved those concerns. They were very prompt and professional.

I've used this company for years! They always do a great job. The crew are such wonderful , respectful & professional guys! If there are ever any questions, Jerry will answer and explain! They came out at the time the job was scheduled. This is always a very difficult job! They did everything that I wanted done then cleaned up after the work was completed! I will see them same time next year!

Within the first 10 minutes, I knew I was getting my money's worth. Workman were professional and polite. Their work was very detail-oriented and after they left, no one would have known trimming was done because every twig was removed. The trees look beautiful!

Jerry came out, after making an appointment with me to assess the work to be done.....the job was scheduled for October 8th. in late morning. Chris and Calvin arrived at 11:30 and got to work, after verifying the work to be done....one of the limbs was extensively hanging over my neighbours yard and they were able to get it removed without any problems....they worked through the day and did a bang up job....after doing all the cuts, they removed all the debris and raked front, side, and back yards. Paid by cheque and off they went.....if I need tree work done again INDEPENDANT TREE SERVICE will be who I call!

First, when Jerry Upcavage (President) came out to provide an estimate he was very informative and explained the work he was recommending. He clearly outlined the work in his proposal. We were able to schedule in a timely manner. The team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to complete the tasks. They cleaned up and removed all debris. They were courteous and wanted to be sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Removed two Queen Anne palm trees that were struck by lightning. Also drilled out the stumps. Crew did a great job. Very professional. Jordan called me to ensure my satisfaction.

They put down plywood so they wouldn't put ruts in my yard. They trimmed all my trees and cleaned up everything including my roof. My house looks great.
