The overall work went find. They cleared out the vegetation that was problematic and hauled away all of the limbs that had fallen from the camphor tree. I filled up 2 garbage cans and a garbage bag of tree debris after they had left.

Excellent service, Jordon and his team Austin and Jim did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, completed our service timely and cleaned up as they moved along. Great teamwork, thanks for a professional job well done!

First time working with Jordan and his crew.Curtis (crew foreman) and his group was very knowledgeable , skilled and polite.They did a great job on my oaks, cleaned dead wood , balanced outer limbs to raise canopy. After all work was completed , yard was raked and all limbs hauled away . This company is a very professional and well ran to give customer the very best. I will be hiring these guys in the near future .

As a customer of Independent Tree Service for almost twenty years, I knew what to expect: the work would be done by a well-trained, professional team. I was not disappointed. Curtis and his team did a great job. Removing the two diseased Grand Laurel Oaks was a two-day project. Each day, the crew showed up on time and worked all day -- they removed all the debris and raked/cleaned the sidewalks, carport, and patio area. Everything went as planned - no surprises.

They were punctual and professional, but came in with a bid significantly above an equally good competitor.

If you are looking for a good tree service, we would recommend Independent Tree Service. We did our research and Independent Tree Service made our top list. Jordan came out and walked around our house, listening to what we wanted and our concerns. We live on a corner lot with lots of mature trees. We wanted the dead limbs cut out, the trees thinned and some limbs over our Lanai cut. There was also a medium sized tree we wanted removed. 

Jordan walked with me and made some other suggestions. He took photos, even putting his finger pointing to each limb we wanted removed. He worked up an estimate, including a full plan written up with the photos her took and gave us a printed copy. 

When we reviewed the estimates, there was no question who we were going to use. Independent stood out. The morning the crew arrived, we met with the foreman. He had a copy of the plan and he walked me through all the trimming they were going to do, showing me each limb. They brought the right equipment and the right sized crew. The crew moved all the refuse to a single spot on the street where when the job was down, a bucket lift truck came out and removed the refuse. The trees look better, the profile around the house looks so different and we are no longer worried about the limbs over-hanging the lanai or the house. We would hire Independent Tree Service again.

The staff did an excellent job with the tree removal and trimming services. They were timely on providing an estimate and completing the work. The guys did a fantastic job and cleaned up the site afterwards. The company provided excellent customer service in the office and in the field. Very fair pricing and easy to work with. Definitely will hire again!

Jordan came out to look at my house promptly after my call to Independent. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable price for removing a tree and trimming others. Work was performed promptly and professionally. Would definitely hire again.

We have used Independent Tree Service for 10+ years and they have never disappointed. When Jordan arrived for our estimate he explained in detail everything that his crew would be doing. The next day we were able to schedule exactly when we wanted. Richy arrived with his crew on time and did a spectacular job. He took his time with his trimming and the trees look the best they have ever looked. Plus, they have a new bucket truck that does not damage the grass. They did a great job of cleaning up and we really appreciated them blowing our room. Great job. As long as we have trees we will always use them. Thank you Jordan and Richy.

Feeling confident that we're ready for storm season after this trim! James & his team arrived as scheduled & did an excellent job trimming up our grand oak. Professional & concisous crew. Job was knocked out in a just a few hours & didn't leave a trace of debris behind. Even got a follow up call from the owner to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Amazing. Jerry and his team are true tree professionals. They did a thorough job and they know the rules and restrictions in our neighborhood. This is my third experience with their crew and they are still providing consistently excellent service.

It will happen on Monday, but I am so sure (from past experience) that I will be satisfied that I am writing this review now. Jordan is amazing. We always appreciate his conservative advice--to do what is good for the trees. Additionally, we had a problem with a power line, and Jordan took initiative and solved the problem with the power company, when we had been unable to get the response we needed. Have used 4 or 5 different tree services over the last 20 years. These guys are the best by far. Great knowledgeable crew. Jordan is a true professional arborist.

A harsh, windy storm came through last Thursday and half of an 80' cedar came down beside our garage. When we found the tree down Friday morning I called Jordan and he arrived 30 minutes later to assess the damage. The remaining half of the tree was deemed hazardous and that afternoon a crew removed it and also cleaned up the fallen half. All was neatly stacked and removed first thing Monday morning. Jordan knows how much I love my trees so I also got a hug from him!

Great! Crew arrived on time and before the tree trimming began, Austin, the crew foreman contacted his boss to confirm the initial contact work order/estimate given was correct. Austin then walked the property with me and reviewed the work that would be performed and obtained my verbal confirmation that this was the work I wanted done. The crew set to work and did everything correctly with no wasted time. They not only trimmed the trees and removed dead branches, they cleaned out my back roof rain gutters, blew the roof clean and raked the entire yard. All cut branches, moss, etc. were removed and hauled away. After the job and cleanup was complete, Austin again walked the property with me to assure everything had been done correct.y. WE have used Independent Tree Service since October of 2010 and have never been dissatisfied with anything they have done. We will definitely use them again.

We are very happy with the services provided by Independent Tree Service. Jerry, the owner, came out to review what needed to be done and to give us an estimate. The date set for the service was timely. It was a large job that would take all day. Austin was a terrific crew foreman and kept us informed throughout the day.
