Jordan came to give a quote for above work. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Wrote a quote on request work which my husband & I agreed upon. The work fortunately was started the next day. The crew were friendly and performed before and after reviews of the job. We could not be happier!

Jordan was EXTREMELY Professional with great customer service skills. straightforward quote, follow-up phone call to answer any new questions and a follow-up service completion call to verify satisfaction in work. The crew arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. the job was finished quickly. most importantly safely, and the cleanup was spectacular (one could not tell 2 trees were removed and another pruned). I am very pleased with the work done. I would use their service in the future and would recommend Independent Tree Service to others.

They came out on time. Trees look very nice. I was worried we might have asked to "butcher" a tree, but these folk know what they are doing! Great job. Trees look beautiful.

The crew that did the work was very courteous and professional. They were well equipped and they finished the job quickly and safely. They thoroughly cleaned up and removed all the debris. Jordan Upcauge provided the estimate and gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy with their work. I called back to have a few more palm fronds removed and he saw that all work was done. The workers were very good, punctual and on time.

Mr. Upcavage responded promptly to my email for service and met me at my office. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He made suggestions on our tree issues and even looked at our survey to determine whose property a diseased tree was sitting on. He was very knowledgeable about the regulations and laws governing tree removal. He immediately wrote up a detailed proposal (after following me from my office to my home to view the issues at my home.) His price was very fair and we set a date for the job. He called me a day or so later and said he had an opening and could do it sooner. His men came and performed all agreed upon items and cleaned up after themselves. When they were finished, a polite young man came to the door and said they were finished and asked if I had any questions or issues before he left. From my initial contact, right up until a day or so later when Mr. Upcavage called to make sure I was satisfied completely with the job, I was immensely impressed with his professionalism and obvious integrity. Ironically, I think his father trimmed my trees 15 or 20 years ago. I would highly recommend this family owned company for any job, big or small.You won't be disappointed.

He was extremely honest and very knowledgable. He explained to me that the branch in question was in fact extremely healthy and in virtually no danger of coming down. He could've been dishonest and told me the opposite. I will use him in the future without a doubt should any tree issues come up on my property.
