Very well. The crew removed more spanish moss than anticipated by myself. The tree looked very clean. Lots of potential wind load removed.

Sadly but professionally and the grinder arrived a few days later. Was surprised by the amount of debris left but was told it would be left!

Was interested helpful explained problem and discussed situation. As no real way to save over Maple will remove.

In both cases the work was done quickly and efficiently, and all debris was removed. We appreciate their help very much.

This is the third time we've used Independent Tree Service, and I can't see us ever using anyone else. Great service, with a genuine care for the trees and property, and the clean-up is amazing. This is not just some "three guys and a chain saw" company! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a job done right when it comes to caring for their trees.

They were excellent. I knew they were a little pricier. I thought they were excellent. They were expensive, but for all I know, I think they were probably one of the best companies we could have called. Sometimes, you pay more for better service. Everything that they did was impeccable. They were a little expensive. Other neighbors kind of balked when they heard how much we paid, but I thought it was worth every penny.

They arrived on time, they performed all that I requested with efficiency and in a safe manner. They worked solidly all afternoon never taking breaks and they worked skillfully and carefully following safety rules. They worked skilfully, and carefully around the wiring that was leading up to the roof. They took away all that they cut down. They even raked the yard front and back before leaving. They worked for nearly 5 hours. I would highly recommend this tree service they perform superior service.

We ended up going with another company, as Independent price was very high. They were very knowledgeable about the work that we needed done, and very honest about possible damage that could result to existing landscaping due to the volume of work that needed to be done. We have heard from other tree inspectors that this is a great company, especially if you are trying to save a tree - that they do excellent work. It's just not going to work out for the large project that we need done.

I contacted Independent for some needed tree trimming services. Jerry came out within a couple of days and we walked my property and he gave me input on what needed to be done. He was about an hour late to our appointment but had called earlier to let me know that would be happening (how many company reps will do that!). He was very professional and knowledgeable. On the day of trimming, Jerry met the crew on site and reviewed what needed to be done. Before starting work, the crew did a safety briefing and walk around before starting work (again, how many tree trimming companies do that!). The crew was very professional in their activities and did an excellent job. The trees trimmed looked much better!

As always the excellent service you expect from Independent. Jason gave us a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done - which was less than we expected. When the crew arrived they walked around the yard with me and discussed what was to done. They immediately went to work for over 3 hours without any down time. The work they did was excellent and they cleaned up after the job was complete. We have used Independent in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Jordan Upcavage (the owner) came promptly to give me the quote. He also explained the process from permits through cleanup. The crew showed up on time the day they promised. They were all professional, courteous, worked hard, and cleaned up well.

Independent Tree Service took the time to understand what we wanted the outcome to be and then worked hard to make sure that it was achieved. The team walked us through the changes that were going to happen and then asked out opinion at each step to make sure we were satisfied. The tree went from looking ragged and unhealthy to clean and vibrant all in one day. Any future tree service work that we need will go to Independent.

Independent is run by a certified arborist; it isn't just some bunch of guys with chainsaws. They do the job professionally and they do it safely and they do it right. They get the permits if they need them. The City of Tampa's tree hugging professionals will take their word for what needs to be trimmed. Don't call them if all you want is the cheapest price. The week after they came we had a huge wind storm. Our neighbor's tree blew down, and took down their power line. They are still in the dark. We are fine.

Personable, professional crew of four. Worked hard for approx 6hrs. Difficult trimming over pool cage expertly done. Complete clean-up.

The workmen arrived on time and let me know they would begin work. They had impressive equipment and the work went very well. They cleaned up well and removed the debris, the price was reasonable. Very professional job.
