Arrived on schedule, worked all issues. Completed all work as scheduled & cleaned up and removed all debris. Very courteous. Very pleased with this company. This is repeat work for them.

Tree men / 2 were arborist. Very methodical. Task oriented. Seraically removed limbs. Started @ 9 - completed at 5:30. Did exactly what they said they would do. Confident, competent, considerate of other foliage in and around tree. And recommend to anyone. Not the cheapest but most reliable and dependable.

It was amazing to watch these men take down such a large tree in such a tight space. They couldn't grind the stumps that day because of rain, but one of the men came back within a few days and finished the job.

I was promised that their part of the job would be completed in one day and it was. When I received quotes one person from another company actually broke out in a sweat and said 'Lady, that's a monster." Jerry at Independent Tree Service made me feel the most secure during the biding process. The crew came in at 7 am the day of the removal. They were very professional. Everyone worked hard and treated each other with respect. Fully prepared for obstacles (like a giant bee hive in the trunk). By 3 pm the job was done and all the debris was cleared. I was very impressed and pleased with the results.

Employees came and removed trees & debris within on day. Chris & his asst did a great job. Stump removed par destroyed due to equipment failure.

They came out and gave me an estimate, and very soon thereafter, called and told me what day they would arrive to do the work. They did the work exactly as I described and we had agreed on, and the bill was exactly what they had quoted me as an estimate. I got an Angies List discount. These guys worked their tails off during a very very hot July day, and the work was very high quality and precise. They cleaned up all the mess, too. I will definitely be using their services in the future. The owner (Jerry? - sorry, I'm so bad with names...) kept me in the loop the entire time via phone or text. He was very careful to get an accurate idea of the work I wanted done, and to let me know exactly when they could do the work. He was very upfront with me about everything. As a customer, I really appreciate this kind of assurance. (I had previously contacted some OTHER company, not to be named, that I had to call several times just to come out and give me an estimate - I told them to go ahead and do the work, but then never heard back from them again!!)

They went above and beyond in the work that I expected. I had spent several months renting chainsaws trimming hedges, bushes and trees myself and accumulated a large quantity of limbs, branches, leaves etc. They incorporated a trash removal in the work that they agreed to do. And that was very helpful.

Jordan and I walked my property and discussed what needed to be done to various trees. He provided a very reasonable quote for all the requested work. The crew was at my house on the specified day and time. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. All work was completed within the designated time frame. On the following day a team member came back to grind the tree stump from the Crepe Myrtle and left the area ready for either another tree or sod. I would highly recommend Independent Tree Service for any and all tree services. I will definitely use them again in the future and have recommended them to my family and neighbor.

The crew was on time and very polite. Each and everyone of them introduced themselves to me as I watched what an amazing job they were doing. Upon completion of the job they offered us to walk around the site to make sure we were satisfied. To say we were satisfied is an understatement. This company is not the least expensive, but they are trained in tree science + have saved cutting trees other companies thought diseased, so their advice is trusted and you save money that way.

The crew arrived on time and worked all day.Moved potted plants out of the way so they would not be damaged.When the work was finished the moved plants back and cleaned the area great.
