Needed a tree removed along with tree trimming. The crew was very professional, on time and courteous. I highly recommend Independent Tree service for any type of tree work !!

The experience was great. It was a three day job. The crew was friendly and they worked hard to minimize the impact to the rest of my yard. They also did a good cleaning up when the job was done. Worth every penny!

Great. The firm representative came at the appointed time to provide a detailed estimate. He then called the next day to set an appointment date. Chris and his crew were on time on the appointment date. They very efficiently completed the requested work. When they left they took all the cuttings with them. We were unable to find any trace of them - not a blade of grass out of place!

They were exceptional-very punctual and professional. Cleaned up everything after trimming numerous palms and oaks in my yard. Really outstanding- absolutely recommend and will use again!

Calvin and his crew did an excellent job as usual. Came at appointed time, completed all work as requested, cleaned up all debris when done. Have used Independent Tree Service 4 times over the years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them.

The crew was very professional and courteous. They performed work methodically and Safe. You could tell they took pride in their work and very customer oriented. They cleaned up the job site so well you couldn’t tell there was work performed. I would definitely tell my family and friends if they need tree service call Independent Tree Service.

They arrived on time with a large crew to complete all the work quickly. I had two trees removed with stump grinding, multiple trees trimmed back from my roof and patio, several palms trimmed with clean up and removal. They were polite and very thorough with their clean up. My yard definitely was left better than they found it. I was also pleasantly surprised that the stump grinder was able to come and take care of that task same day. Price was reasonable for all the work they did and the care they took. Very professional from estimate to completion.

I have hired Independent Tree several times over the past 5 years. They do excellent work, come when they say they will and they know how to preserve the health of the tree when they do the pruning.

We have used Independent Tree for several years — most recently for trimming large oak branches over our roof, removing dead branches, and trimming two overgrown ornamental trees. We have also hired them when it’s been necessary to remove a tree. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, and we trust his judgment. All work has been done with careful consideration to our house, patios, fencing, and existing landscaping. We highly recommend them!

It didn't get very far. I called and received first received a message that they no longer, because of covid19, give free quotes... I left my information anyway and within an hour I received a return call from a very nice woman. When I explained what I was looking for she explained that it would be a "consultation" and a walk through and would cost $100. She suggested that I give her my payment information over the phone, then she could schedule a time and date... I responded by saying I didn't understand the connection between covid19 and charging for "quotes." She said that a month and a half ago, they began getting slammed with requests for quotes from people shopping around and it became costly for the company. I told her no and that was the end of it... I mean, isn't that how it's done? Everyone knows quotes cost money, but that's built into the price when they land a deal, isn't it? Are they busy or not? Slammed by quotes translates to me as slammed by work... Isn't that a good thing? Seems like piling on, padding profits to me. Now, a quality company would answer this negative article and explain to us all how I am mistaken... What if everyone did this? $100 per quote, get 3 quotes, add $200 to the price... It's a slippery slope my friends, let em get away with it, there will no longer be "quotes" and everyone and his brother will be paying $100 "consultations" instead.

I was very happy with the work that was done. The crew showed up on time. They were very courteous, personable and answered all of my questions before and during the work. The clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The work was done on the day promised in a very professional manner. The yard was cleaned up very well. I have used Independent Tree Service several times and have never been disappointed. i would highly recommend their services to anyone needing tree work done.

They did an excellent job and their equipment was incredible. They were very compassionate as I was having a difficult time with letting this tree go. Some of the crew even stood by me as the tree came down because they knew it was hard for me. I was totally impressed with their over the top professionalism and they cleaned everything up perfectly. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Wife brought out a company not knowing I had talked with Indepedant. They were cheaper and immediately removed the trees.

Perfect! These guys are pros! One tall oak had a dead limb hanging over a corner of the house. Same tree had another limb that shaded where we are going to put solar panels so they removed that limb too. A second small oak had limbs growing close to the house so they removed limbs away from the house. A small holly had a limb that was shading another spot that will have a solar panel.

Independent Tree Service has helped us with several big projects dealing with huge live oak leaning over our house. They have added new equipment, giving them even greater flexibility in reaching over building. Without exception, Jerry and his employees have dealt with us fairly and pleasantly. We are so impressed and would highly recommend this company. From the 1st call to the last, everything was done according to plan. Because a chipper was used, when they left an 1 1/2 hrs later, there was nothing left to be done but admire the work performed. And exactly what we had talked about when planning to get the trees tended to. Job well done gentlemen!
