Damion's crew did a fantastic job removing the huge tree limb and trimming another large oak. They were on time, very courteous and professional and had the right equipment for the job. They cleaned up all the limbs and branches and left our yard in great shape. I will hire them again when the need arises.

Great. Jerry and his crew are true professionals. They have the right equipment for the tough jobs - very high trees, palms, etc. They also have the stump grinders. I'll definitely use them on a regular basis to keep my live oaks thinned out.

I chose to call Independent Tree Service because they had an arborist. I described what I needed and they were quite amenable. They did warn me that they were so busy that any work agreed upon could only be scheduled a month and a half away. I appreciated the honesty. This would not work with my time-line (as I was leaving town for the summer) so I decided not to seek an estimate from them. A friend of mine uses their service and highly recommends their work.

They were on time and worked with our scheduled. The crew took care not damage any of our existing landscape while cutting . They did a great job cutting and cleaning up after themselves. The next day the owner called us to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction, and it was. We would use them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with these true professionals. Great communication from the first contact with Jordan to the final check in call the week after service. We got rained out on the appointment day, but I was updated every single step of the way. Pricing was fair and in line with other estimates received. My tree looks awesome and is ready for storm season. I highly recommend this company.

Independent Tree service was professional from start to finish on our tree removal job. From the beginning, they were prompt and gave a very competitive quote. Our job required coordination with the electric company to turn off power due to lines in the trees. Everything was handled in a very efficient and responsible way. Both Jerry and Jordan were involved in our job. I would highly recommend them.

I can only agree with the reviews of the previous 900 people: the management and crew were friendly, punctual, and competent. Phone calls were returned; the site was left clean. A request made for some minor related tree trimming (not in contract) was undertaken with no cost. We have used the services of this company for many years (tree trimming and evaluation) and have confidence in their service. I do not wish to mention the cost due to 1) the unique requirements of the job and 2) the fact that we did not seek out a competitive offer. The task was expensive and we were pleased with the whole experience.

We are more than pleased with the work done by Independent Tree Service! During our initial consultation, it was clear to us that Jordan was very knowledgeable and gave well-thought out advice. Two talented crews (and lots of machinery) arrived on time as scheduled. They were very professional, worked diligently, and were careful of our existing landscape. Additionally, they did an outstanding job of cleaning up every bit of debris. Given the amount of work and the manner in which it was performed, we definitely got our money's worth!!

Jordan and his team were outstanding! Professional and knowledgeable, they saved my tree by inserting rods in the tree and cables in the canopy. I can't say enough about the friendly, caring, and professional service I received...not only did they KNOW what they were doing, they LOVED what they were doing and it showed!! This is the tree service team you need when you have a problem...there is none better, love them!

From the start this company impressed me more than the others I talked to. Jordan was very knowledgeable about my trees and taught me some tree science, while providing his quote. I was most impressed that he wanted to do less work than I was asking for. He cautioned me not to trim too many suckers because it would be unhealthy for the trees. Another company was happy doing exactly what I wanted but didn't seem as concerned about keeping the trees healthy. The work was done quickly and professionally. A limb or two dropped onto my roof with a thud, but I can excuse that. They cleaned all my gutters while they were on the roof without me asking. They hauled off all the debris piles including ones that I created. Overall, my yard looks great and this is the company I'll call when I need more work done in a few years.

Everything went very well. I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of everyone from this company. Jordan came out and gave me a quote, which I accepted. The following week Chris and Jeremy came out to do the requested work. They did a great job with this, as they did in cleaning up all the debris. And afterwards Jordan followed up with me to make sure that everything had been done to my satisfaction. I was definitely pleased with the work that this company did for me!

Great crew! Very professional. Hauled away all branches and limbs. Cleanup lanai screen and swept driveway. Highly recommend. Jerry call to make sure job was completed to my satisfaction.

Due to the hurricane that came through in late Sept. I was told it might be 6 - 8 weeks before they could get to me. However, they were able to work me in within a couple of weeks when they had a crew in my area. They did all the work in 1 day and removed the debris. They were very professional. Their quote was $800 less than the other company I called.

Jerry UpCavage came out and looked at the work, gave a bid. At first we were not going to have any limbs over 10 inches in diameter removed (Temple Terrace requires a permit). Then I called Dana Carver, the Temple Terrace Arborist to come out and look at the tree and he actually recommended that a couple of the big branches be removed to take weight off the bend of the tree. Dana actually gave Independent Tree Service an outstanding review. That sealed the deal - we scheduled with Jerry and the job was completed yesterday. The crew did a great job - the clean up job was great - no little limbs or piles of leaves in my pool or yard.

Workers arrived in the morning and completed the work in a professional and clean manner.

Great, friendly people and was done fast

Chris and his crew arrived on schedule and went about their job. They trimmed, removed dead branches and elevated tree canopies above house roof. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work.

Excellent experience from informative quote, to office scheduling, to them getting the required permit, to crew that did the actual work and a spic and span clean-up.
