Really well! Chris Soto's team of workers were safety-conscious and courteous. They all did a great job and cleaned up every spec of debris afterwards.

Very professional team arrived on time and completed the project efficiently. The work involved removing limbs very close to the roof of our house, as well as trimming away branches that were hanging close to the sidewalk. The end product looks great!

I had 1 tree removed, 5 trees trimmed and 3 stumps grinned down. The team was very professional and quick with their work. We did a walk through before and after the job was completed. Would hire again.

The big magnolia tree we needed to have removed had been planted very close to the house and was in danger of damaging the house and ultimately our water lines with its roots. Austin and his crew showed up and explained how they would cut the tree. They performed the work quickly and efficiently by removing limbs, climbing up the tree and carefully cutting piece by piece so as not to damage the house. They were done in no time and cleaned up all debris beautifully. They were hard working and polite - extremely professional in every way. They did a wonderful job and the cost was reasonable. They did a great job!

We are extremely satisfied with Independent Tree Service and have been using for a few years now to prune numerous Live Oak trees and Sabal Palms. Jerry responds quickly to set up appointments, and follows up once the job is completed. The crews that came out were on time and did a superb job. We will definitely hire them again.

Chris Kidd & crew were extremely professional and courteous. Their work was performed with great expertise. They had the just the right equipment for the job and left our property spotless. Although the job was expensive, I doubt few other tree firms could have executed as well as Independent Tree Service.

Jerry Upcavage came out and gave us a proposal, which we accepted. Jerry was professional and courteous. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. The team was made up of hard workers that cleaned up the area after the trees were trimmed. The crew as excellent and did a great job. They cleaned up everything after their work. I would like to give them an A+ because of their excellent service.

Perfect. This is an outstanding company. Foreman Chris Kidd and his crew were here on time and fully equipped to do the job. Their equipment was clean and well maintained, each member of the crew wore a company shirt. They presented professional quality. After a brief discussion with Chris confirming the work to be done they got to work. It took about 6 hours to get the tree down and ground up. Because of their care there was no damage to the house nor any of the surrounding property; The crew then proceeded to completely clean the job site. Communications with Jerry and the company prior to the job were excellent. Jerry was easy to reach and completely explained the answers to my questions. It was a fine experience working with Independent Tree Service Inc.

The work was based on a previously written list of tasks. The team leader "Curtis" reviewed the list with me before starting work. Curtis was very knowledgeable and personable. The workers complete all tasks, including some small things that were not on the list. They had the personnel, expertise and equipment for the work on hand. A very satisfying experience.

Chris, the supervisor, and his crew did an excellent job of removing the very large grand oak tree at the corner of our house which had a large wound and was overhanging our neighbor's house. It took hours even with their bucket truck. Dead limbs on other oaks around the yard were also removed and hauled away. They went out of their way to do some extra work; for example they trimmed a tree in the opposite neighbor's yard. They did such a good cleanup job that you couldn't even tell that they had been here, except the grand oak was gone. We had to schedule a date for the service months out, however, because they were so busy. Very thorough job!

Have used Independent for several years because the work is done with precision and excellent workmanship. This is the second time that Chris was the supervisor on the job and he and his crew worked diligently and were able to accomplish everything on the "to do list". The weather turned at the end of the day, but the work was finished albeit in the beginning rainfall. The only downside to using Independent, is their popularity and the long wait for their service. A testament to their continued outstanding reputation in the area. Kudos to them and their dedicated craftsmen.

The response time was very quick. The crew was extremely professional, polite, and very hard working. The removal was difficult given the garden that was covered by the tree limb. The cleanup was much better than expected, when they were done you couldn't tell they or the tree limb had been there!.

Jordan came out first and gave us some excellent advice regarding the oaks and their needs. When the crew came to do the work they did what I asked them to do and the crew chief stayed in contact with us. When the work was completed they did a great job of cleaning up the yard. Overall, I was highly satisfied.

Curtis and his team were terrific. They showed up at the designated time and went right to work. They were efficient and hardworking, and everyone knew their assignment. Two of my neighbors had also booked them so they did all three properties in one day. We were very pleased with the results and will continue to use Independent Tree Service. Everything went as represented. Mr. Upcavage was on time for his appointment for the estimates, and carefully explained our options. While there was a wait to have the work done due to a busy schedule, Independent Tree Service appeared on the date scheduled and performed all of the tree trimming exactly as proposed in the estimate. The property was left clean, and the trees looked great! We would definitely use them again.
