It went very well because it required a climber to do the trimming because of location of the tree. Calvin and Austin were great.

Fantastic customer service. Jordan responded quickly to my initial request and came to my property to review what I needed done and make recommendations. He walked around the entire property while on the phone with me to make sure all needs were addressed. Set up service for a few weeks later. The crew was very professional -- if they noted an issue (tear in the screen, possible sprinkler leak) they immediately let me know. Did a very thorough job and cleaned everything up. The yard looks fantastic! I will definitely hire again.

The tree limb removal went very well! It was a great process from start to end. Everyone that works for this company is very nice and easy to work with. The job itself did not take long to complete once the team showed up to remove it. Would absolutely hire again, if needed and would definitely recommend.

An excellent company. The arborist was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the recommended work that was to be done. The crew that did the work were very courteous and professional. Work was done as advertised and all debris removed. Throughout the process repeatedly asked for feedback as to whether work was being done satisfactorily. I highly recommend their sevices.

There was a meme in the business world back in the 90's that went "Under-promise and over-perform". I think Independent Tree Service heard it and internalized it. I set the job up with Jordan Upcavage well in advance. The crew, led by Curtis, showed up right on time, checked in with me, and went to work. They were finished by mid-afternoon and had removed a LOT of dead and dying branches. They cleaned up and removed all the stuff they'd cut AND got rid of a pile of dropped branches that I'd been piling up in my side yard. I've worked with them before, and they have always been totally professional. I don't even bother getting quotes from anyone else anymore. I just call them.

Crew was on time, very courteous and professional. Work was done efficiently, and cleanup was very thorough. TV cable was run adjacent to the tree by the cable company, and the crew did a great job to ensure that they did not disturb it when grinding the stump. Definitely would recommend them

I recently purchased a home in the Lake Magdalene area that had 6 heavily overgrown oak trees dropping large debris in the yard and on the house. I received quotes from two different companies and decided to go with Independent (even though they cost a few hundred more). The other company's representative did not seem as knowledgeable as Jordan so I decided I had a better chance at getting the trees cut properly and keeping them healthy with Independent. The guys promptly arrived and cleaned up the yard afterwards. I would hire them again.

The most professional, respectful and competent team of workers we have had the pleasure to deal with in any home service capacity. From the call for a quote, through scheduling and job completion their attention to detail and customer contact was nothing but top notch. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled date and after a walk through of the work to be done with the crew foreman, Austin, they got right to work. They took a lunch break as discussed and let us know they were leaving. A number of times during their work I spoke with Austin to make sure the work was proceeding as we desired. There was no push back or what I would call "attitude" from anyone on the crew. We would recommend Independent Tree Service Inc. 100 percent with total confidence in their work.

Very professional company. Called and informed that service was likely 3 weeks to 1 month out. Not a problem for me as my situation was not an emergency. I appreciated them being honest about their lead time. They came and gave a quote quickly. I delayed a bit calling back but they got me on the list as soon as I called. They called to set a date and showed up on time. Took all day to thin out 6 large oak trees and they were professional and hard working. Also very accommodating as I asked for a few limbs from a 7th tree to be added. They had me review their work to ensure I was happy before they left. They had a plan that thinned the coverage but my trees still look natural and symmetrical. My yard was clean with no branch debris left in my yard at all. Awesome job.

Very well. In the past, this company removed larger Oak trees from our backyard. They were very professional then and still are now.

Jordan and foreman Chris were both very professional, courteous and followed up on everything they said they would do. The work was done quickly and their concern for our property and the safety of the trees was apparent from the beginning. We have used Independent Tree Service before and will use them again!

Three guys did the work. Arrived on time and reviewed the entire job with us. Started the work around 9:00 am and finished around 1:00 pm. everything was fed thru their wood chipper and our property was cleaned of all debris. DEFINITELY would hire them again.

The company answered all my questions and services were completed promptly. We became aware that a few large roots were still protruding from the ground after we administered grass seed and 2 areas not growing. With one email this issue was addressed and the remaining part of stump removed within the week.
