The workers did a fantastic job and were very nice. I was nervous but there was no reason to be. The crew leader was Chris Kidd.

Their bid to do the work was not the cheapest but I had used them before and went with them again as I trusted that they would do the job right with minimal adverse issues and I wasn't disappointed! To remove this tree safely, a crane was needed to fly the cut material over my house. Everyone showed up on time on the appointed date and they had completed removal of the tree by 2 PM. This was not an easy job to complete. They arranged for crane services and the operator was excellent and really knew what he was doing. Independent Tree had the proper equipment on site to professionally and safely remove this tree. They put plywood down on my yard to protect the lawn from their activities. The only incident that occurred was minor damage to the top of my neighbors plastic fence which was repaired within a week. The stump grinding could not be done right away as they were having issues with one of the pieces of equipment needed to do this work. When they were able to provide this service, again they were very professional and safe with their activities and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job such that where the tree was is now flat and ready for sod. Throughout this project they did not disappoint and I would hire them again.

Jerry, the owner, is very knowledgable and help us determined what work needed to be done in our yard. He was very responsive in terms of returning phone calls and getting the estimate to me. The crew that actually preformed the work was great! They arrived on time and all of them were very courteous. Christopher Soto, the crew forman, made sure that the work was done properly and neatly.

Everything went smoothly, tree was removed in a matter of two hours and the stump was ground an hour later. No complaints, would hire again in a heart beat.

The estimator was on time and explained everything to be done clearly. He produced the estimate right away. The crew came as scheduled, performed the needed trimming, and cleaned up the area. Everyone was pleasant and checked to make sure everything that needed to be trimmed had been.

The men arrived on time. Damien, the crew foreman, walked around the yard with me to see what was to be done. He was excellent at cutting the trees down, so that they landed in the right spot. He was personable, knowledgeable and very efficient. Jimmy and Damien cleaned up all of the debris and hauled everything away. They did a great job.

Crew seemed very knowledgeable and under the direction of the foreman (Chris Soto), everything went very well. I was also very pleased with the clean up.

The crew showed up on time, with all their equipment. The crew divided their tasks so multiple jobs were being done at once, insuring the job would be finished in one day. After the large tree was removed, the stump was ground up. The crew was meticulous with clean up afterwards. The crew was friendly and worked safely. I will hire Jerry and his company again in the future. Thank you Jerry and staff for the job well done!

The crew came out and were very professional. I had other people look at the yard and said they did an excellent job. They cleaned up the yard very nicely after they finished. The one thing that I liked about their arborist, Jordan, was that he asked me what I wanted done. When they cut the tree I asked if they can cut the tree back to where my fence is, the property line, but he explained how there could be legal problems later on my neighbors were to think that the service provider went to their property to cut the tree. I liked the fact that he was very knowledgeable about the law without having me get into any hassle with neighbors which could lead to claims court. I liked that he was honest with me about this. Jordan walked through the property with me and told me about the tree and incidentally told me about how my yard is doing. He himself also came back to inspect the work once it was completed. Since I cannot see I put in a request for him to look at the property to ensure that the job was completely done. He advised me to contact them every two years so they can come out to ensure that the tree is not a problem again. I will continue to use this service.

Job was handled very professionally from beginning to end. Jerry communicated with us every step of the way. Chris Kidd was the crew foreman and he was very responsive to all our needs and suggestions. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which the job was performed. From start to finish, it was a great experience dealing with the folks at Independent Tree Service. From the office staff, to Jordan, to our crew chief, Curtis, everyone is professional and friendly. They know their stuff and will not steer you wrong. They really care about your trees! We have used them on multiple occasions and will not use anyone else. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the job. Excellent company.

I asked for an estimate of the work. Jordan came by and provided an estimate to me. He described the work to me and I was impressed by his professionalism. I also got several other quotes for the work and decided to go with Independent Tree, Curtis and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely call up Independent Tree Service the next time I need something done.

Independent Tree Service is top-notch. We thoroughly trust and have used this company for years for home and business, and would use no one else. The very personable owner, Jerry Upcavage, has always been honest and fair in his recommendation and pricing of the work needing to be done. The crew that worked at our home on Thursday was comprised of Curtis (the foreman), Matt, Manny, and Michael. They all arrived on time, Curtis checked in with me and was quite helpful & knowledgeable in answering some additional questions I had, and then they got right to work. They were well organized, efficient, polite, very hard-working, and had great attitudes. Afterwards they did a superb job of clearing up the debris, and even removed some yard waste that they had not generated. The day after the job was completed, we received a follow-up call from Jerry Upcavage to see if we were completely satisfied with the work performed. We have always receive excellent service from Independent Tree Service.

The whole thing went great! Jerry came out within a day or two of calling and gave me quote on my dying palm tree. The crew came out a few days later and it is like the tree was never there! Everything looked nice and neat. Definitely would use them again.

These guys are great. I used them for a big cleanup in July of 2013: loquat tree removal, cabbage palm removal, palm trimming for several types and heights of palms, pruning several different oaks of different types, and education on taking care of a Florida yard. I used them again in 2018 for some pre-hurricane trimming of oaks. Highly recommend.

Went great! Workers arrived and the effort was top knotch, making sure to do everything properly. Cleaned up beautifully. They did some tree trimming for me 5 years ago, went great, and so I picked them again in 2019. Communication was great with the crew as well as Jerry.
