It went excellent! I have needed my trees pruned for a while now, and I have worked with Independent trying to get the most out of what I needed accomplished. They were recommended by my neighbor, who also uses them, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for these services. They worked with my neighbor and I to try and accomplish things same day making it very organized and safe. The staff was so friendly and they cleaned up everything when they left. They are very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be using them in the future :) Thank you Independent for being such a good business to work with!!

As usual, Chris' crew did a great, professional job.

Chris and the crew showed up when expected. They were friendly to the neighbors, providing a fascinated little boy with ear plugs. The job was completed in a timely manner and the yard was cleaned up before they left.

It went well, as scheduled. The workmen were very polite, picked up all the debris. A very pleasant experience.

Excellent. The crew foreman Austin was extremely professional. He was prompt on the day of the work and walked the job with me to ensure clear communication. The rest of the crew worked well together and they were very efficient with their time, completing the job in one day, including all clean up. This is an A+ company and I would absolutely recommend them and intend to hire them again- with a request for Austin as foreman.

Tried to get some service done by them. I've reached out to them about 10 times and left voicemails and still cant get anyone. It seems like they're too busy to take on new customers.

So...before you get your new roof, you gotta have your 28 oak trees and Reclinata Palm Clusters trimmed. Shout out to Independent Tree Service! Jordan is terrific to work with...he assessed our entire property and provided a reasonable estimate with a timely appointment. Chris & his team were on time, dependable, skilled, friendly plus they tidied up after themselves quite nicely! The extensive job was done in a day & we are very pleased with the results!

All staff worked well and efficiently together. Took care to minimize damaging any yard plants. Started on time and finished by Noon. One palm was excluding from trimming due to a family of screech owls but did not get a reduced price.

The owner came out promptly to give me a proposal. The crew came by within a week to do the job, and I couldn't be more pleased. We reviewed what I wanted done before they started cutting, and we reviewed their work when they were finished. The yard was left as tidy as before they started cutting. Owner followed up next day to make sure the job was done satisfactorily. I'd been using landscapers in the past to get our trees trimmed, but the difference in professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and how the trees look is night and day. Many neighbors use them and now I know why.

Excellent. Independent tree service has been looking after my trees in 2 locations for several years. They're professional, ethical and everything you want. There is a vast difference between Board certified Arborists, which is Independent, and what are called 'tree fellers'. The latter are the cheap, itinerant folks who show up and butcher your trees with no thought for the health of the tree or the aesthetics. Independent Tree takes it all into consideration so you can have healthy, prospering trees for critters and humans to enjoy. Thanks, Jordan & Co. for another great job. Some few years ago, Jerry Upcavage (owner) probably saved my life by taking care of a huge precariously fallen branch that wasn't completely separated from the tree, but was hanging directly over my bedroom. My neighbor wanted to wait several days so she could get estimates. Jerry said no, that needs to come down, NOW, and got bucket trucks and people out at first light the next day to take care of it. I need to say that the staff is polite, completely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Independent Tree Service did an outstanding job. Their professionalism and service was excellent from the time the estimate was given until the completion of the job. Of all the companies from whom I received estimates, Jerry Upcavage, the owner and arborist, was the only one to give me an itemized estimate of the job so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Communication between Jerry and me was also excellent. He answered every phone call or email within 24 hours, usually the same day. He kept me informed at each stage of the project. I knew exactly when the county permit application was submitted, when it was approved, and had a copy emailed to me the same day. In order to remove the tree, it required removing and replacing a section of my fence. Ricky, the foreman, and the crew were very efficient, professional, and very courteous. They left no debris on the property and the fence was replaced perfectly. I highly recommend Independent Tree Service, Inc.

Excellent! All workers were very courteous . The foreman was also very good, he reviewed with me about the job that was to be done and answered questions that I had .Also, they were on point with cleaning up thoroughly after the job was done! I would definitely call them again for any tree problem that I may have in the future and would recommend highly to anyone! 😄👍🏾 In addition to the Foreman and workers for this company, the owner and the scheduler were very kind and accommodating in getting an appointment for me. I really felt great giving them the job!!

This crew of workers was the most polite that I have ever experienced. They came on time, they worked efficiently and neatly, they took care to ensure that our driveway was never blocked, and they left our property looking terrific. I will hire them again when this type of work is needed.

Very well...the workers almost tip-toed around the caladiums coming up this spring in the yard. It helps to clear the working area ahead of time for them. We have had this company several times.

As usual the job was very well done. Austin and crew arrived on time, followed our directions and cleaned up. This is the fourth time I have used Jerry and his firm and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Went very well. Arrived on time and proceeded immediately with job. Communicated well with each other and with me. Understood my concerns and respected them. Were very careful of where they placed equipment and where limbs fell. Did not massacre the trees but totally improved the canopy.
