+ -1 morework was performed in timely manner. I called back the next day, to ask for help in finding files that were not in the same location. Dave was very polite and worked with me on finding the files. It took a while, but he was very patient and answered my questions. I would not hesitate to use Immediate Computer Repair in the future.

+ -1 moreHe was so great! David piper is my computer angel! He has restored my faith in the Truman race & I have sent many people his way. He also builds computers. He is a genius! He charged nothing for the evaluation!
Description of Work: My HP envy was brand new 4 years ago and after my cat knocked over a full glass of water in the open, plugged in the wall charging, laptop all watched water pour out of every orifice, I used towels, then a blow dryer, let it sun bathe in the July sun. I plugged it in & had the black screen of death. Cancel HP. I still had a warranty, they guessed. The amount 2 charge me 2 replace mother board & the only thing my extra added insurance that was paid initially 2 HP did not cover was water spillage damage! I was so angry, tutored the envy, packed & moved 2 years later. It was another 2yrs & I brought 2 U. you were so amazing. U could have said everything. But U told me it turned out & needed my personnel do log in! Truly amazing. And honest tech! Love it!

He could've easily said there were multiple things on my computer and charge memory services I didn't need. it turns out there was nothing wrong with it and didn't charge me a penny. he wouldn't even let me pay for a power cord. Definitely will use him because of this.
Description of Work: My desktop wouldn't boot up at work and thought all was lost. Checked everything, including power source. Nothing. Brought in fr a free check and it immediately worked.

+ -1 moreI called, described my problem. Dave said it would be in the range of $100. He said he could be here in about 1 1/2 hours he was here in 1 hour. It took him about 1/2 hour it was fixed and i'm happy!
Description of Work: I could not get my email to transfer from my old computer to the new one (I don't know how he did it but he did! ) He was very professional.
