custom cabinets
 + -1 moreI wanted to do more work myself after they started, but they would not do that and wouldn't reduce their service or the price for me. They were really inflexible. They could have given me a break. They made a lot of money from me.
Description of Work: I bought some new cabinets there and they came in and installed parts of it. The rest I did myself. I paid $1,000 just for the installation.

countertops, furniture sales
 + 0 moreI came into an empty house and furnished 60 percent with Ikea. I ordered several times. I probably will not use them again because of the service. The quality of the furniture was good. The formica is deteriorating. Most of the time the service was so bad I didn't want to go back. If I looked I might get someone who was good. They need to get employees that understand service. There was on guy that was very rude to my wife and I. He just looked at me like I was stupid when I asked questions. They were not cheap. They didn't respond very well when I was in there shopping and this happened three times. They called me and gave me an alert before they arrived. The installations were good and they arrived on time. Some of the stuff is good, and some of it is having problems. I probably wouldn't use them again. It wasn't cheap because, I had a lot of installations. A lot of the stuff is compressed wood and not good quality. They need to wake up, it's the hiring.
Description of Work: I buy my ready made cabinetry and furniture from Ikea. They did a lot of installations.
