+ -1 moreTHE ON-SITE FOREMAN OF THE PROJECT INCORRECTLY DETERMINED THAT I DID NOT REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL WIRE TO BE RUN FROM THE CONTROLLER TO THE NEW VALVE LOCATION. SUBSEQUENT TO THE CLOSURE OF THE TRENCHES IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IN FACT A NEW WIRING WOULD HAVE TO BE INSTALLED. MR KEY ABSORBED THE ADDITIONAL COST OF 2 MEN FOR 8 HOURS EACH TO INSTALL THE ADDITIONAL WIRING. HE HELD TRUE TO HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $2,000.00
Description of Work: IN THE MIDDLE OF A LARGE LANDSCAPE PROJECT, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT AN ADDITIONAL VALVE & DISTRIBUTION LINE HAD TO BE ADDED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE IRRIGATION TO THE NEW SHRUB BEDS. HY-FLO (BRAD KEY) RESPONDED TO A CALL FROM THE LANDSCAPER THAT DAY AND PROCEEDED TO INSTALL 1200 FEET OF DRIP IRRIGATION, A NEW VALVE, DISTRIBUTION LINE, AND CONTROLLER. HY-FLO ALSO PERFORMED EXTENSIVE REARRANGEMENTS OF THE EXISTING SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO INSURE THAT I HAD PROPER SPRINKLER COVERAGE IN ALL AREAS OF THE LANDSCAPE.
